This hotel restaurant is located in the buildings of an ancient abbey. The rooms are very large and well-appointed. The location, away from the road, is very quiet and you are sure to get an excellent night's sleep here after a day exploring the Roya Valley, which is beautiful. The hotel's restaurant offers excellent value for money. Staff members can offer excellent advice about the the region.

Très bon séjour du 30 décembre 2023 au 1 er janvier 2024. Le personnel est adorable, très sympathique et soucieux de notre bien-être. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres, agréables et très confortables. Le salon vert est un endroit très convivial pour se retrouver et jouer entre amis ! Les repas et le petit déjeuner sont très bons et très copieux. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour et nous reviendrons !

En basse saison, il est très difficile de trouver un hôtel ouvert dans le Mercantour pour faire des randonnées. Celui-ci répond parfaitement au besoin : il est idéalement situé pour des randonnées à la journée, propose une demi pension et des pique-niques à emporter. Il emploie des personnes en situation de handicap ou éloignées de l'emploi, ce qui permet en plus de faire une bonne action.

Séjour super agréable. La chambre est grande et parfaitement équipée. Tout le personnel est très aimable, aussi bien à l'accueil qu'au service. Nous avons pu laisser nos affaires dès le matin de notre arrivée. Enfin, le petit déjeuner était très complet et conséquent ce qui est fort appréciable avant une randonnée

Un endroit calme et accueillant, chambre claire et propre, sanitaires impeccables. La salle pour les repas et petits déjeuners est magnifique. Emplacement idéal pour les amoureux de la nature, accès rapide pour randonnées.

nous pensions vue le cadre dans un ancien prieuré et les commentaires qu'il s'agirait du restaurant le plus chic de notre séjour mais pas du tout... le serveur nous apprend une fois installés qu'il y a un menu unique et pas de cartes ni de possibilité d'échanger un des plat si nécessaire (on peut juste en supprimer un si on n'aime pas!). Certes, le repas n'était pas mauvais, l'entrée la salade grecque était même bien présentée. l'ensemble était très simple et pas hyper soignée, manque d'assaisonnement, crème caramel sans un vrai caramel. Il serait bien de préciser lors des réservations téléphoniques ce fait de menu unique qui est pour le moins surprenant en pleine période estivale. Au moins on y va en connaissance de cause et on sait à quoi s'attendre!

Je conseille cette très bonne adresse au calme dans une région splendide , aussi bien du coté restauration que du coté hôtel un personnel d'une gentillesse exemplaire et très professionnel qui nous ont concocté petit dej et dîner copieux, chambres très propres ou il ne manque rien.
