As others have written, the Hotel du Centre is, as the name suggests, right in the centre of Tende so couldn't be better placed to explore the small but interesting town. I had a double ensuite room, overlooking the main street. The room is basic but clean and spacious. I arrived by bike, drenched after a long journey in awful weather and was met by Cecile, the owner. Cecile's English was excellent (much better than my French). She was utterly delightful. Really helpful, energetic and friendly. I was given a key to the garage joined to the hotel so could access my bike and equipment whenever I needed. As mentioned by other guest, the breakfast was great. Lots of breads and different jams. A brilliant short stay and I'll certainly return, no doubt to be greeted again by Cecile's upbeat personality and warm welcome. KW

This is a wonderful little hotel full of charm & a very welcoming host, Cecil. Her breakfast is so good, all local breads, cheeses, jams, juice. If you want a modern hotel, it’s not for you but Hotel du Centre is typical of the area & adds to the beauty of such a historic medieval town. We loved it, thank you Cecil, we’ll be back.

Accueil, calme, petit déjeuner, tout était absolument parfait ! Cadre un peu vintage mais véritablement authentique. Véritable petit déjeuner avec des produits frais et de qualité, un pain aux graines de courge à tomber ... Merci mille fois , je n avais plus envie de repartir !

Situato nel cuore della tenda città nuova e all’entrata della vecchia città con la fermata degli autobus a 10 metri e stazione dei treni vicinissima gode di una posizione praticamente perfetta per ogni eventualità … basterebbe questo per dare un buon giudizio ma …c’è molto di più. L’accoglienza è a di poco cordiale Cecile e in grado di farti sentire a casa trattandoti con un amico ritrovato e non come un cliente. Stanze pulite accoglienti pur nella loro semplicità, tranquillità assoluta e colazione sontuosa che fa concorrenza a strutture ricettive che si vantano di un numero di stelle ben più elevato … insomma siamo rimasti una notte in più e certamente ritorneremo !

Hôtel agréable bien situé dans le centre du village de Tende. Accueil souriant et attentif de la patronne toujours disponible et disposée à fournir d'utiles conseils. Excellent petit déjeuner. J'y retournerai avec plaisir !

Séjour de grande qualité à l'Hôtel du Centre. Accueil exceptionnel de la part de Cécile, la nouvelle propriétaire. Bienveillance, large sourire, attention de tous les instants, chambre impeccable et que dire du pantagruélique petit déjeuner… Merci beaucoup!

Nous avons été très bien accueilli malgré une réouverture de l'hôtel par sa nouvelle propriétaire depuis seulement trois jours.... Super petit déjeuner Rapport qualité prix au top ,établissement a recommander
