This is such a happy, friendly and well-run place to stay - and brilliant value. We loved it. Loads of room in a spotless house of our own, on time pickup at the airport (a big plus) and a lovely bar - the rooms were very quiet too. Aircon and fans in our room and even a pool. Ideal for the airport but you’ll enjoy it even if just passing through Dar. Try it!

good property and very polite staff., though little far from airport, but, the property driver was very co-operative., our flight was messed and delayed and we reached at around 2.00 am but he received our phone on a single ring and was in the airport in less than 15-20 minutes., right now i dont remember his name, but, a very helpful and good person, he was., very good breakfast they served., breakfast area beautifully maintained ., we stayed for a single night but, for 80 usd with breakfast for 3 and stay , i think it was a great offer to have . will surely recommend to others.,

They say it is 3 miles away or just around the corner. It takes some time to get here. It is some distance away. They did deliver on what they said they would . They now have two properties. One is an annex of the original. They did get us to and from the airport with a free vehicle transfer. Affordable. Our rooms did not have mosquito nets but hopefully those will be coming.

Stopped over at Chibuba while waiting on late night flight out of Dar es Salaam on our homeward journey. We were picked up on time and transported via a very rough road but don't be put off by this as the accommodation was first class as was our host Maya and her staff. We had the use of the family bungalow accommodation to rest and refresh over the afternoon and also enjoyed the on site pool and restaurant. Everyone was very attentive to our needs during our stay and we were taken back to the airport on time. Really benefitted from not having to sit at airport for hours. Well done and thanks Maya to you and your staff at Chibuba.

We appreciated the kindness of the staff. Free airport transfer is good but the airport is 30-40 minutes far from the accomodation. Wifi didn't work properly in the room. The bathroom was quite dirty and uncomfortable. We couldn't pay with credit card at the property so we payed in USD but they didn't have the change so we had to change money at the airport in order to pay them.

Ayant une longue escale,nous avons choisi de passer l'après midi et une partie de la soirée au chibuba airport accommodation et tout était parfait ! Accueil super sympa, repas parfait et navette depuis et jusqu'à l'aéroport : gratuit! On recommande !

nous avons fait 2 nuits de transit (non consécutives) au chibuba. Choisi pour la piscine - (nous avons un petit garçon) , le prix, les transferts GRATUITs dispo et la proximité relative de l'aéroport sans être sous les avions non plus. il faut +- 20 min pour y arriver, en étant directement baigné dans l'ambiance locale! n'ayez pas peur, au bout du trajet se cache ce beau lodge propre ;-) nous avons été dans les 2 appartements. Un a la clim, ouf - ca change une nuit! pas de moustiquaires cependant. Très bien équipé, déco locale. Bémol pour les salles de bain très sommaires et limites - vu le prix, on a sourit. Pour une nuit, on s'est organisé et adapté. La nourriture est ok. Le service est très sympathique. Très dispo si vous avez besoin d'aide. Bref, à recommander!
