Great winery venue. Great rooms. Room service delivered in plastic containers with plastic forks. A bit disappointing.

Overall great experience. Room service was good. I was hoping they would have a magnifying mirror like other high end hotels and an easier way to get a latte in the morning.

The resort was in a great location. We were close to several wineries. The food that I had for breakfast was not great..undercooked. The staff was great.

Perfect weekend getaway. The resort with its lovely restaurant and tasting rooms made for a wonderful weekend of wine tasting, spa trea**ent and delightful breakfast. Staff were very friendly. Will stay here again.

This was my second visit to SCW. My first visit was 100% lovely. This visit was nice but left more to be desired. The Spa did not disclose that amenities were Out Of Order before we purchased a day pass. Also, I let them know at booking, check-in and at the restaurant that we were celebrating a birthday and anniversary which was the reason for the trip but nothing special was done. When I came to visit a few years ago there was a nice bottle of wine in the Villa awaiting us and there was nothing being celebrated. Our villa also had the sofa cushion with a ripped cover. For the price of the room I would expect a little more attention to things looking nice and being kept up to par.

Had a great stay at South Coast. The restaurant was fabulous, such a great meal. Nice pool area too.

We enjoyed walking around the property taking in the rolling vineyard scenes with hot air balloons floating in the morning sky.
All of the staff were very polite; one gave my older sister a ride in the golf cart to her villa.
The spa a**osphere is serene.
I enjoyed the in-room jacuzzi.
The room and bathroom is very spacious.
We definitely would visit again!

Absolutely Fabulous!! Loved staying here ! So gorgeous , so beautiful, friendly staff ! Wonderful wine tasting . Giselle at the front desk was super nice ! Did not like that I have to request housekeeping though . It should be an automatic .
