Pechanga Resort Casino

They are giving a house away. The reason is the slots are so tight you can’t win anything. We stoped going there for the same reason last year but we were is the area so we stopped in. We left early because you may as well go in the bathroom room and flush your money down the toilet that’s more fun and the chance of winning the same. It was bad last year but they stepped up there game this year and now it’s impossible. They send these flyers every month with free gifts on Wednesday and Thursday and now they are giving a house away. It must be really slow when you need to give a house way. They might try something novel and change the slots so you at least feel you have a chance. Good luck if you go there your going to need it.

I am Mega disappointed I came here for a concert and thought I would show up a little early because I am staying at this hotel go to the pool jacuzzi have dinner low and behold the pool closes at 5:00 I have traveled the world and never in my life I'm so disappointed $250 at a Resort Hotel... Spoke to management... but they don't care. I gave the resort a two cuz it is a nice place but if you can't use it what's the point.

A few thoughts about our stay in October for a wedding nearby: Fast elevators in resort tower. No fridge in room. You must request and it’s $10/day. Pool doesn’t allow snacks like chips and granola bars but then doesn’t sell snacks like chips and granola bars. Cabana rental starts at 9am but no servers until 10:30 (on a Saturday) Front drop off for hotel is challenging for hotel checkin. If you want to self park and check in, you’re walking across traffic lanes or going through the casino. Cabana server can’t charge to the room and then swim up bar can’t charge to the cabana. Pool closes at 5 but housekeeping is still cleaning rooms at 430 so guests wait in hallway to get showered for dinner or show. All in all, the cost of the rooms is not reflected in the service. Employees are nice but something is keeping wait times high so you’re not really getting a resort experience.

As a hotel casino, I have to say that Pechaga Resort Casino provides pretty clean and comfortable rooms, much better than most of the Resort Casinos in United States. Very friendly services all around. althought it is also a casino but it is very different atomsphere like in Las Vegas. I personally like to play and stay in Pechanga. Very relax!

Pechanga was not the original hotel we booked for a wine tasting weekend in Temecula with our adult kids. We were redirected there when the first hotel turned out to be way too "rustic" for our tastes. What a pleasant surprise! The rooms in the resort tower are beautiful, new and spotless and the views are lovely. The staff at Pechanga are all so friendly and bend over backwards to make your stay memorable. Diana Ramirez and Ru at the front desk were beyond helpful in getting us upgraded rooms at the best possible price. Food at the resort is really good too. Valet parking is easy and efficient. The location is central to all you would want to do in the Temecula Valley.

I was really skeptical about staying at a hotel/casino but it was the closest hotel to a wedding we were attending. I was so pleasantly surprised. Check in was smooth and there was ample free parking not far from the hotel. The property was very clean and safe. The hotel had a security robot assisting the actual security guards. There were also security guards at the pool entrance and a bag check. The pools were gorgeous and we never had any issues getting chairs in the shade. We never waited for an elevator even though the hotel was very busy. The room was large with an in-room Keurig coffee maker, a large tv, and very comfortable bed, large closet, and enormous bathroom with ample counter space. The property is gorgeous and well maintained.
