Natural springs run through the valley, providing abundant life to all the woodland creatures that call The Glen home. Wild flowers fragrant the air during spring and summer, and sounds of the valley are often filled with birds, buzzing bees, and running water. Experience Winter at The Glen in your private snow covered wonderland all while soaking in the spa, de-compressing in our sauna, or simply cozy up by the fireplace! No matter the season, The Glen is that place you've been looking for where you can unwind and 'Connect with Creation! ---2 BRAND NEW CABINS--- *The Aspen & the Willow* Nestled into the valley are two alluring and NEW Cabins! Exquisitely designed and carefully crafted to offer you all the comforts of a charming mountain lifestyle. *The ASPEN HOUSE is the main cabin of 1,200 sq ft. with 2 bedrooms, full bath, full kitchen, laundry, coffee bar and plenty of space for entertaining or un-winding! *The WILLOW HOUSE is the perfect hideaway for mom & dad, or family of 3 at 400 sq ft 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath with shower, Wetbar and twin sleeper sofa. Optional rollaway twin is available upon request for either the Willow or the Aspen house. *We are currently booking both Cabins together as a combined package for Summer 2024* ---MODERN BARREL SAUNA & ONE OF A KIND SPA AND OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES--- Guest who reserve the Aspen house or the combined package of both houses have exclusive access to the Glen Spa, Sauna, and Lounge Decks! These unique pieces of outdoor architecture, designed with your relaxation in-mind will not disappoint! Whether your enjoying the summer stars looking over the entire Glen valley, wrapped up in a blanket by the fire pit on our lounge deck, soaking in the brand new 4 person Viking spa on a crisp Autumns eve, or watching the snow fall from inside the 4 person panoramic Barrel Sauna, you will surely make memories in this unique space! ---STAY IN HISTORY--- The 2 bedrooms of the Aspen House are located within the original homesteaders cabin, one of the first buildings in this part of Teller County, built late 1800’s. Keeping this piece of history was critical during the Glen's creation, so an extensive re-build and re-purpose of this old cabin took place. You can read more about the Homesteaders cabin when you visit the Aspen House! ---INTERACTIVE GUEST EXPERIENCES & MODERN COMFORTS--- Our guests love the interactive how-to videos you will find throughout the property by scanning the QR codes located inside the Aspen House! All guests get free highspeed WIFI through Starlink, streaming TV's in both houses using ROKU guest mode, Gas fireplace in the Aspen and Electric fireplace in the Willow, free coffee, amenities, use of 2 Spa Robes and sandals for Aspen Guests, and much more! The Aspen house also features many board games, unique Colorado history and photo books, and even a classic record player with complimentary records to play! ALEXA: An Alexa Dot is located in the living room of both the Aspen and the Willow for streaming music or information and these can be turned off upon request or by pressing the microphone off button. ---BEDS--- Sleep Easy as our Guests love our Queen beds which are hypoallergenic and feature 8" Zinus Green Tea memory foam mattresses with pillow toppers, feather down duvets, soft and firm pillows, and lots of extra blankets for your comfort! The twins offer 6" Zinus Green Tea memory foam mattresses. ---COZY--- You will feel right at home at the Glen, Many guest comment on how cozy and safe the valley makes you feel, as it were a hidden slice of Heaven! ---CLEAN--- We pride ourselves in maintaining superior cleanliness and we hope you see that difference during your stay! As a family operated and host maintained property, it is the owners that are making sure everything is just right for you and not employees or hired contractors! SAFE: The privacy and security the valley provides is a true comfort to those who stay at the Glen! *We do have outdoor security cameras that monitor outdoor spaces for the safety and security of everyone! ---GLEN OUTDOORS--- *PUT YOUR FEET UP* Outside we have lots of seating and gathering places throughout the entire property, picnic tables, front porch rockers, lounge swings, bistro tables, park benches, and a 7 person sofa on the lounge deck! *BBQ ANYONE* The back deck of the Aspen house features a 4 person picnic table with gas grill for some outdoor cooking! There you can enjoy dinner all while immersed in the privacy of the Glen Valley! *TAKE A HIKE* Weather Permitting Now Open is the North wing of The Glen Trail which takes you from the Lounge deck along the property and through the valley! *GLEN CRITTERS* On any given day you may see all sorts of local Woodland animals that pass through or some that call the Glen home! Such as; Mule Deer, Grey Fox, Red Fox, Black Bears, Rabbits, Chipmunks, Squirrels, all sorts of migrating birds, hummingbirds and other flying creatures. With the springs and wetlands in the Glen, many insects also like to hang out, like Butterflies, Dragon flies, bumble bees, and many more. *LIVING WATERS* Water is a major factor to the unique beauty of the Glen! With the surrounding valley all draining into the Glen and it's meadows year round, lush tall grass, flowers and plants thrive, Springs and creeks flow through the property most of the year, as well as our fountain spring that is active throughout the warmer months. And coming in the near future will be 'Glen Falls located right near the Willow House and will run May thru September. ---BASIC HOUSE AND PROPERTY RULES--- *QUITE HOURS 9PM-8AM* The Glen is located in the mountains of the Aspen Hills Subdivision near Woodland Park. Since we are surrounded by neighbors we ask all guest to respect the privacy and tranquility our neighbors deserve. QUIET HOURS: 9pm-8am *As sounds carry through the valley, we ask please no loud music, shouting or noisy outdoor activities during those late hours! *NO PARTIES* No parties or large group events allowed at the Glen without prior arrangements and permissions from your hosts. *NO SMOKING VAPING OR DRUG USE* Please respect our no smoking, vaping or drug policy anywhere on the Glen property. Violation of this will result in fines and banning guests from future bookings. *SORRY NO PETS* To keep the Glen property safe for wildlife and as clean as possible for all guests there are no pets allowed. ---DRIVING--- Guest will get detailed instructions on how to get to the property before their stay. *WINTER DRIVING* Snow is possible anytime from October Thru May and roads WILL become extremely slick when it does. 4x4 is required for guest traveling in the winter months. If you have concerns about this please contact the host and we will do our best to accommodate. PARKING: There are several parking spaces within the Glen property, including oversized parking along the driveway entrance.
