Five star all the way. We had a party of 4 and stayed for 10 days. Newly updated building and Prime location, right in the center of Tel-Aviv with many cafes, shops and stores all around. About 15 minutes walk to the nearest beach with too many options to stop by for breakfast or lunch. The place is very clean and spacious. Everything works. Full kitchen, stocked with everything you need. Plenty of coffee and tea(and if you run out, simply contact the office and they'll bring what you need). Same with bathroom supplies, shampoos and lotions, etc. Beds are very comfortable and every room has dark blinds to protect your sleep from the bustling life outside. Special thanks to the staff, very responsive, just message them and they respond immediately. We even had a same day request for underground parking and they accommodated us no problem. Definitely recommend this place.

The apartment was great. This was my first time renting an apartment while vacationing in Israel. The beds were big and very comfortable, the kitchen was nice and fully equipped . It was nice to have in unit laundry as well. The building was newer and there was an elevator and garage. The service was top notch! They would constantly bring us stuff as we requested it. They respond instantaneously to all your messages . They still won’t tell me their secret :). The location was awesome. About a 15 minute walk to the beach. It is very close to Neve Tzedek, and Shuk Hacarmel.

I reserved a 4-bedroom apartment for a family reunion. It was perfect: spacious, clean, with friendly and helpful staff, located in an area with lots of shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. It had everything we needed to do our own cooking and there was a grocery store just a block away. Our windows were on the opposite side from the Shenkin St., so it was quiet as well. They also have a nice area on the roof: we enjoyed the view a lot!

Absolutely amazing place! We enjoyed everything about it. The location is great, convenient walk to shops and dining. The apartments themselves are excellent. Very well-kept, clean, comfortable. The communication was fantastic. The staff seemed to genuinely care and tried to make our experience wonderful which it was. By far the best place we stayed in during our trip to Israel. If we come back I will definitely be staying here again. Huge bonus – this place had a washer and dryer which was amazing since we were traveling with our kids.

Outstanding all around. We had 3 apartments. They were all updated and pristine. Beds were so comfy. Water pressure was excellent. Very quiet. No noise at all. The kitchen appliances looked nice but we really didn’t cook so I can’t vouch for them. Each apartment had a washer dryer. Worked well. Apartments were stocked with condiments, coffees, teas, washing and personal products. Welcome wine and chocolate complimentary too. Staff was extremely responsive by message. Really lovely. And the location was perfect. Great cafes and shops on the street. Near everything. We walked everywhere. Couldn’t be better.

Wow. Service with a smile and so much more. Fabulous apartments with everything you need. Including towels. Cleaning products. Plenty of toilet roll and kitchen roll. TVs in every bedroom. Wi fi. Powerful showers. Pretty much anything you need they will get or help you source. Very clean and 7 nights or more includes a clean whilst you are there. We rented 3 bed apartment with balcony. Very comfortable beds and nice linen. There a rooftop with sun beds and showers perfect for an afternoon nap. Even in heart of the summer there was a lovely breeze as we were high up The management are available and responsive all day. They are helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Shenkin street is in the heart of tel Aviv and perfect for walking pretty much everywhere. 2 supermarkets within a 2 min walk of the apartment. Plenty of restaurants/ coffee shops or street food options nearby. Shenkin apartments exceeded our expectations and we have already booked ahead for next time.

Had a wonderful time staying here for the week. Very clean and a lovely welcome gift of wine, biscuits and chocolate on arrival. Great attention to detail. It was also a great location and would highly recommend this place to stay.
