Hilton Tel Aviv

I just came back from an amazing weekend stay at the Hilton Tel Aviv Wow! Beautiful location, wondrous views, luxurious accommodations and delicious food. I am a return visitor and I’ve come to expect the best - but this visit was different. My visit was extra special this time as each employee - from check-in, telephone receptionist, pool staff, wait staff to house keeping - seemed extra eager to meet every need and make my stay the best. The atmosphere was delightful! Thank you Raviv, Zara and Avraham, who took such good care of us in the dinning room, their friendly and eager service added tremendously to our dinner. Thank you to Uriya and Klaudia who arranged a visit to the Vista Hotel upstairs, the beautifully renovated rooms and world class lounge are WOW!. Thank you to Ilan and the staff in the executive lounge, they made us feel like their greatest wish was to make make our experience the best! And of course Moti Avraham who makes each guest feel like a VIP. He’s really the reason I keep coming back to the Hilton Tel Aviv! He is so obviously loved by the staff, any mention of his name elicits a loyal and happy response. Unfortunately I don’t remember everyones name but I want to say thank you to you all!!!

For anyone who is sensitive to a certain food and wants to maintain their health: Although my daughter warned in the restaurant that she was not allowed to eat sesame seeds, she was served grain bread that contained a lot of sesame seeds separately from those present. As a result, she collapsed in pain and her vacation was ruined. The hotel didn't even apologize, didn't take responsibility and the hotel manager ignored all my requests, as if I was going to sue him. Of course I didn't sue and I don't need his money, but we will never return to this hotel.

Good location. We enjoyed being able to walk to everything and the Mediterranean breakfast was amazing. Customer service was good for what we paid for. Giving four stars as it’s not a five star resort but is solid four star resort. Enjoyed our daily walks along the beach as well as to local restaurants.

I had a superb stay at the hotel as a returning guest. The premises, rooms, amenities and views are wonderful. Cleanliness, quality and attention to detail is always prevalent at this hotel. Special thanks to the professional front desk and hilton honors supervisor Rachel.

I stayed at this brilliant place for 6 nights last week. No doubt Israel is going through hard times but this hotel is here for all of us whether you are in Tel Aviv for business or pleassure or just dropping by for a meeting or eating. The hotel is an icon in the story of Tel Aviv and the employees - many of them been at the hotel for ages - are doing whatever is neccesary to make you stay comfortable. Rachel at the reception being one of seniors in the hotel always asking with a smile to make sure you don’t miss anything and always very helpfull to make sure you are happy and feeling welcome. Facilities are among the best you can get, the breakfast superb with service minded everywhere and the location superb both to the beach and the vibrant city. So some and support and enjoy.

We used Hilton Honors points for our two-night stay at this property in late June. We are Diamond-level Hilton Honors members. Upon check-in, the front desk clerk told us that she had a great room for us and she was not lying! She gave us room 701 which was a gorgeous room facing north. It’s the first room at the west side of the hotel and the views of the Mediterranean were unobstructed. The bathroom even has large windows and a soaker tub that faces the sea. The breakfast buffet at the hotel is unbelievable. They had literally everything. On our second afternoon, we grabbed towels from the pool and walked out the beach for a lovely afternoon there. I do suggest that you allow yourself extra time if you are trying to find a taxi from this hotel your destination. We had trouble finding a taxi or getting a “Gett” at 7pm on a Thursday evening. We ended up having to walk about half a mile in order to find a taxi to take us to dinner. We stayed at this hotel prior to our cruise from Haifa. The concierge quoted us a rate on a car to take us to the cruise terminal in Haifa, but the quoted rate was significantly higher than what we found on our own. I would put this Hilton on the top of my list for any Hilton that I’ve stayed at anywhere in the world. It was excellent.

If you are traveling to Israel, this Hilton is a must stop, and makes a great way to start or wrap up any tour. As a Hilton life-time Diamond member I have spent time at Hilton properties around the globe. This is by far my favorite. The Waldorf in Rome and Jerusalem, and Hilton in Athens are also nice, but this Hilton is unique. We stayed twice in June, 2023. Every room has a great view, the beach side Jaffa corner suites have stunning views. The Executive Lounge is on the 12th floor, serving breakfast, dinner, desert, and everything in between. The pool is refreshing, pool bar serves great burgers, dogs, Schnitzel, you name it. The beach right in front of the hotel is wonderful, safe, full of families wading in the Med and having fun. The Guest Relations Manager, Philipp Brusovani, and the whole Hilton Tel Aviv team made us feel like family. From this Hotel you can take tours to anywhere in Israel. We found this hotel a great base for daily tours to Caesarea, Haifa, Akko, Rosh HaNikra Grottoes, and Jerusalem. The rooms are amazing, with easy access to the pool, beach, and the rest of Tel Aviv. Remember to grab a towel from the pool before you go down to the beach. If you are not a Hilton member, then join. Having access to the Executive Lounge with unlimited refreshments and food was the cherry on top. Not all Hiltons have a lounge, and few run as well as this one. Thank you Philipp for treating us to such a wonderful stay. One last comment. We noticed the people at the park and Hilton beach all sitting down facing west as the sun went down, as if preparing for a concert. And it did not disappoint, the sunsets from here are unbelievable. We will be back, and I highly recommend this Hilton.

Our Israel trip was comprised of two days in Tel Aviv, three days in Jerusalem, followed by five more days in Tel Aviv. I wrote reviews of the Dan Tel Aviv and Inbal Jerusalem separately. We decided to stay at the Hilton the last five days, because we wanted to be a little further out of Center City because of Pride weekend. We heard great things about the Hilton and settled on it, despite its high price tag. First of all, I wish we had stayed in the center city because the vibe of the citywas amazing. Secondly, this hotel was overall a bit disappointing. Aside from the lobby, the entire hotel is old and needs to be gutted. The bathroom was fine, but the room was otherwise very unimpressive, particularly given the great things we had heard. The furniture and carpeting were old. The executive lounge wasn’t particularly impressive and was constantly missing things. We arrived about two hours before check-in and were told that no rooms were available. I completely understood and asked that when we were to be assigned a room later, could we have room facing south to see a bit more of the city. The gentleman checking us in (very nice, great guy) asked us to just hold on a minute and see if he could arrange something. He went into the office for a few minutes, came out, and said “I set everything up for you. Your room is ready.” Needless to say, we had a north facing room. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the view, it really was stunning looking north. The entire coast is spectacular to look at. The arrival into the room was just a bit of a let down, expecting a room to match the lobby with the view we had requested. Room cleaning service, however, was excellent. Rooms were clean, and they did a great job with turn down at night and stocking the coffee and water that we went through often. We didn’t have a chance to try the restaurant downstairs, but it looked really nice. Can get towels for the beach on your way out, next to the pool.

We were at the Tel Aviv Hilton when Israel was attacked and ended up staying for 5 days. At no time did the Hilton reach out, personally, by text, or email, to let us know what was happening, describe their safety procedures, or offer any kind of assistance. We were shocked at this indifference.
