This is our second time staying in this hotel. My mother and I came here last summer as well. We dreamed about it all year long. The food is the best food I’ve ever tasted. We have access to the horizon room, which is incredible. The staff in this hotel are soooo helpful and eager to please. We love love love staying here. We are sad to leave and can’t wait to return.

We stayed 10 days at the Kempiski in Tel Aviv for our wedding. Amazing stay, delicious breakfast, with a very friendly and helpful staff. Big thanks to Eva and Tommy for their recommendations and help. We loved the pool with sea view and the location of the hotel is central and 1 min walk to the sea. We highly recommend!!

Our experience at the Kempinski Hotel Tel Aviv was nothing short of amazing, primarily due to the superb lobby staff. Each day, Yana, Isaac, Julie, Eva, and Shoshi welcomed us with genuine warmth and were constantly available to assist with any need. Tia, the concierge, excelled in her role, securing top-notch restaurant reservations, including a difficult last-minute booking. The dedication and hospitality of the staff left a lasting impression on us. We eagerly anticipate our next visit!

The best Hotel experience in the country! The staff and the service is extraordinary, rooms are spacious and super clean. Breakfast is the best in any hotel ! I keep regularly visiting the David Kempinski Hotel and every visit they make sure it’s a new and a better thrill.

I tried to reach the hotel reservations representative, and after 15 calls and 3 hours of waiting (with excuses like "the rep is out for lunch"), we finally managed to book a suite and a deluxe room for nearly $2,000 per night for 5 nights. Upon check-in, both rooms were filthy, as if they hadn’t been cleaned in a year. The stunning view of the Mediterranean was obstructed by large, dirty windows. We requested to speak with the housekeeping manager, and Anna, the deputy, came to inspect the rooms. She was shocked by the condition and asked for a few hours to deep clean them. The sofa in the suite was so stained it had to be replaced. To make matters worse, the shower reeked of sewage, and for 5 people, we were provided with just two small bottles of shampoo and soap. Anna, fortunately, resolved most of these issues, but for a hotel that markets itself as "Kempinski," you don’t expect to check into what felt like a pigsty for $2,000 a night. Later, we went to the pool, which should have had a beautiful sea view, but once again, dirty windows obstructed it. The property manager, Hadas, promised the windows would be cleaned immediately—but it never happened. At the pool, we were also charged nearly $10 for a small bottle of water that costs only 20 cents. It’s the only hotel I’ve experienced that charges for poolside water. All we heard from the hotel management was how right we were and how sorry they were for the poor service, yet not a single dollar was deducted from the bill! Complaints fall on deaf ears at this hotel. They continually emphasize their "Kempinski luxury hotel" status, but inside, it felt more like a Marriott by the airport in Utah, all for nearly $2,000 a night!

I have been in a lot of luxury hotels around the world but i never saw such an unfriendly and bored stuff like in the Kempinski Hotel Tel Aviv. The lady at the reception was very unfriendly and quiet rude to us. I do not recommend this Hotel if you have kids .

We stayed at the hotel for our 25th wedding anniversary. Mrs. Eva Karpov happily helped organize the room, Mr. Hisel Zigel greeted us with a smile and made sure that all the luggage arrived in the room before us, and Mr. Isaac Mottola really went out of his way to make sure that we were comfortable and that the check-in process went smoothly. In general, the entire hotel staff is very cordial and helpful! The breakfast was the best I have ever experienced!

Beautiful hotel, excellent location and facilities. The pool overlooking the beach was beautiful and the breakfast buffet was superb. The staff were friendly and always helpful, especially Tomy who went out of his way to make our stay comfortable.
