Rixos Premium Tekirova - the Land of Legends Access

What a fantastic hotel this is. Amazing views of the sea and mountains. First time ive been to Turkey and i would go back again. Got an upgrade but didnt realise until the next day as it was dark when we arrived, i had booked a garden view but i got sea and pool view instead. Amazing, thankyou. Staff were generally very friendly with the exception of a few but this hotel, location and food made up for this slight issue. A big thankyou to the exclusive sports club team which myself and my son took part in lots of their activities, pool, gym and fitness area, mountain biking and paddle boarding. The team are full of energy, welcoming and friendly. A big thankyou to Sofia, Alex, Emma, Anastasia, Renata, Firat, Tugat and Dogukan. You made our stay extra special, thanks so much. I would love to come back next September and hopefully get a upgrade again, maybe a villa. Hopefully you dont put your prices up too much. Personally i enjoyed every day i was there, so thankyou to all the staff, even the not so polite ones.

Rixos Premium Tekirova: Checked In for Luxury, Checked Out Disappointed Our stay at Rixos Premium Tekirova left much to be desired, and I can't say I would recommend it to others, especially for the price you pay. First off, upon arrival we were greeted by staff and taken into the reception to check in. Staff told us that we had been upgraded when in actual fact they just gave us the room we paid for. Excited to try the alcohol at the pool bar, we selected the frozen mango margarita from the menu and asked for two. Two bar people were making strawberry margaritas for other guests at the hotel and stated “we will do you strawberry’s ones” just because it was easier for them. Now I know that this isn’t a big problem but we were made to feel like an inconvenience from the outset of this holiday. We were then forced to have the strawberry version. The next day, at the beach bar, we asked for the mango margarita again, and the barman rolled his eyes and was not happy about making us this drink. If the staff don’t want to make the drink, then take it off of the menu and make everyone’s lives easier. While the Turquoise restaurant was decent overall, there were a few nights where the options were extremely limited, offering mainly fish or seafood. If you're not a fan, you’re out of luck because there aren't other walk-in options until 10pm. And reserving the à la carte restaurants is nearly impossible—you have to use an app where everything is booked up within a minute of reservations opening. The food court area also had a serious issue with flies and bugs. Staff seemed unconcerned and did nothing to address the problem—no fly zappers or any other measures to keep the area clean. The patisserie desserts, which I had hoped would be a treat, are simply recycled for the buffet, making them far less special. The Italian restaurant (La Rosetta) is €15 per person to eat at. Initially we were happy with this as it gives us a break from the turquoise restaurant. We reserved the restaurant through the app and attended at the time of our reservation. Staff greeted us with an embarrassed look as they had no tables available outside. We contently sat inside the restaurant and awaiting our drinks order whilst perusing the menu. Staff did not come and see us for 15 minutes until they brought over our amuse bouche which consisted of two bits of torn off bread and olive oil and some soggy salmon from the buffet menu. We finally got drinks and then we were told we had to move outside as it’s easier for the staff to take orders and clean up etc. Our main courses were cold and honestly, we would have preferred to eat elsewhere for free! We booked this hotel for the amount of restaurants they had. Upon arrival to the hotel, we found out the Mexican restaurant was closed with no explanation as to why. We were disappointed. The service was another major letdown. The cleaning staff barely made an effort to tidy the room or even make the bed look presentable. A

The best all-inclusive experience we’ve ever had. Incredible food, activities, service. We stayed in a private villa with our own private pool area which was superb. The water park was so much fun. Suitable for adults and children. We felt well recovered after our stay here. Can’t wait to return!

I am very glad i choose these resort, everything was so good, staf was very helpful and kind, food was excellent really fresh and delicious, my 2 years old son liked so much the food, room was clean and quite. I really recomad coming at this resort.

The whole experience is amazing, not my first time and definitely will not be my last. by far its the best resort ❤️ the staff is amazing and so hostel especially Mert and Shady cant thank them more they keep checking on us and are so helpful ❤️❤️
