I'll start with the good. The hotel was clean and the view was lovely. I can't remember the name of the young man who we dealt with at registration, but he was lovely. Things went pretty much downhill after that. The breakfast was really not great in my opion. Lots of food, but apart from the lovely bread and jams, and the the omelate the rest was not great. The cheeses served were almost inedible due to their high salt content ( and I love salt) the pastries looked like they'd been baked buy a 10 year old and the sausage was very greasy. The wifi is only 2g so it was almost impossible to do downloads or recieve calls, even when using our hot spot data. The worst thing was the noise level. The people staying next to our rpom had the t.v/ radio up at full volume 24/7, my husband could nt sleep, and me ( who has slept through hurricanes and tornado sirens) even with ear plugs and a pillow over my head could nt sleep. We could nt rest day or night...we are exhausted. Then on check out, the ever unhelpful Mustafa took over an hour to check out my husband..so we missed our scheduled tour. Also if you're driving, as we were, even at this early time of the year, parking is horrendous. I can only imagine how difficult it would be during the 'high' season. The views from the hotel are amazing, but these are public spaces so anybody can wander by. There are a couple of noisey dogs ( but that's about every where in Cappadicia) Our first evening they 'chased' us from a distance, but all we had to do was turn and hush them and they left. The next night no problem at all.
