My husband and I always stay here! They staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are always clean!

The advertisement for the room was (2) Twin Sized Beds. There was a single full sized mattress and one toddler bed in the room. We did not notice it at first when we checked in at 3pm since we were in a hurry to meet up with family for New Year’s Eve festivities. When we returned later that night around 2 am. That is when I realized that the beds were not as advertised. The following morning, after a terrible sleep and still partially hung over from New Year’s Eve family party. The manager at the front counter said that the advertisement was for two bags they said that it was a queen size individual size mattress. This is very deceptive and that if I wanted to prevent this next time. I should contact them directly to reserve the room and not through your website. I will never return to this hotel due to the poor service and lack of responsibility.

It's just on the southern edge of town, with just a short drive to the centro historico. Great jumping off point for a long road trip through the Valle de Guadalupe, or even further south. A lot of thought and care has gone into the design and management of this place. The rooms are generously sized and the staff are great. The lobby cafe/bar has a very chill vibe and the complimentary breakfast made it feel as if you were in an old school bnb.

No air conditioning but wasn’t terrible. Breakfast was ok, fruit, yogurt, cereal, cold toast, sugared bread pastry, bread with a bit of refried beans and cheese on top, coffee, tea, sugary orange juice, hard boiled eggs…

Hotel stay was good; however I did not like I had to pay $60 early check in fee.

This Hotel was Neat, Clean and very Organized. I felt safe at all times. The check in process was easy and the guy answered all questions for us. Not only would I stay here again I have told all my family about this hotel I was impressed and happy with my stay.

The property was nice and clean it seemed as though we were the only guest at times. Friendly staff. If your looking for a very quiet stay this is your place.

The first night was very noisy, because of people out in hallway, and traffic noise, spoke to front desk. They moved us to a different room. Staff was excellent, breakfast was very good, will stay again
