Paradigm Residence by Antlerzone

Great location, just above the Paradigm Mall. Easy access to Mall UG and L4. The residence is quite new and very clean. Nice swimming pool and gym. Piecewise, reasonable.

I booked two rooms for our stay, but unfortunately, they were assigned on different floors. This was inconvenient, as the keycard only allows access to the designated floor. Check-in was quick and handled via WhatsApp after paying the deposit by credit card. However, the refund process took a few days, and I incurred a small exchange loss. The rooms were reasonably clean, but the apartments are quite dated. The bathrooms showed signs of rust and mould, and the bedsheets had a stale odor—one even had a visible bloodstain. Only a single bottle of 3-in-1 shampoo and body wash was provided as toiletries. The biggest plus is the location, which is conveniently connected to the mall. However, check out at 11 a.m. required us to move our car from the residence to the mall car park, which was an added hassle. Overall, the experience was below average and fell short of expectations

Everything was great except for the check-in timing.. The apartment is clean and tidy with new appliances. The location of course is great. What's app groupchat could be better. Apart of it. All is good. My family had a great stay.
