One area where improvement can be made is the laundry service: the hotel likely uses very hot water because some clothes lost color and shrank. Otherwise, this is a pretty good hotel

Not close to old town/tourist center at all, but right in the new city center. McDonald's, Dunkin donuts and Baskin Robbins were a block away. So was a metro stop if you want to take that into old town. It was lovely to spend the evening in the park after a day of sightseeing. The bartender was very sweet. Rooms were basic but checked all the boxes. Breakfast was amazing--our biggest meal of the day!

Family Rooms are way too small for a family of 4 (with 2 small children). The bathroom really stinks and they have leakages that make all wood in the doors moist and bloated. Walls are paper thin and breakfast by far the worst we experienced during our trip around Georgia and Armenia. The staff was pleasant and the location in the park was nice. Rooms were way too hot and we could find no way to stop the heaters... Would definitely try a different hotel next time we're in Tbilisi

We stayed for 3 nights. The experience was amazing and refreshing! Tasty breakfast, helpful staffs (especially the ladies in front desk) they are so nice and the best part is that the hotel is so accessible to the metro station and other tourist spots!

Good hotel to stay. Great price for this kind of rest. Super friendly staff will help you whatever you want. Food is really tasty and varied. The location is awesome. There are thousand places to go around and metro station in 3 minutes walking.

- there were no toothpaste and toothbrush!!
- the shower giving water into toilet and making it useless! There were lots of water came and stayed there and they used a towel to clean toilet! I think they will put the same towel into next room bathroom!
- the area is full of stone and you can’t take your baggage
- the receptionist doesn’t know english and we used Russian translation but he didn’t do any thing!
- the breakfast is same every day!
- there were no tea or coffee or any other thing in the room
- the room was verrrry small
- the air conditioning was designed very bad for that small room, so if we turn it on after 2 minutes the room was very hot and we had to turn it off then at midnight we caught cold because of bad heating system
- the wifi connection was slow and without password!!

Tiflis'in ana caddesinde, çok iyi konumda ve makul ücretli bir otel. Diğer önemli yerlere taksiyle 5-10dk, yürüyerek 10-20dk mesafelerde. Misafiperver ve yardımsever personel ile zengin bir kahvaltı var. Aile odaları içeriden geçişli. Şehir parkı içerisinde olduğundan gürültü yok. Otelin dibinde, park içinde 10 masalı ping-pong salonu da var; 8 Lari/saat (Gel) Sevenlere duyrulur.
