Hotel LIVVO Lago Taurito & Aquapark

The worst experience ever not recommend at all is not clean at all 4 day the don’t clean the room I pay 5000 euros for 14 days and 4 day not clean at all wow guys don’t come at this hotel complain at reception 3 times for the cleaning they don’t care shame on them

The food was tasty and adventurous, the bedroom was nice and clean, loved the view of the beach and pool, workers were friendly and good at their jobs, liked the all inclusive, good amount of sun loungers, structure of the build was aesthetically pleasing, and i enjoyed the trip to the hotel. Keep it up!

2nd time visiting ere last visit July 23 and I must say the first visit was a much nicer experience food was more exciting.... carnt fault the rooms always clean we never had a problem with towel change ...we knew the drinks were gonna be a wash out as they aren't freshly poured for you (come from a machine) from previous experience so bought our own at airport ........those folk moaning about poolside we obviously picked up on the same vibe as we spent no time there as it was extremely busy noisy ( not the best clientele) not a place to relax 🤔 some folk want their moneys worth and don't want to be far from food & drink .....water park wasn't busy but what clientele were there seem to be mainly Spanish .....ur holidays wot u make it never go with high expectations cos then ur not left disappointed....... dolphin trip highly recommend wasn't a fan of Mogán market extremely busy & hot quaint little place tho ....bus ride to puerto rico is always a must .....oooh and don't forget the tourist tax when checking in to hotel wasn't much £3 euros ENJOY !!

Great location, but missing the basics Stayed as 3 families in July 2025. Beautiful beachside setting, but the resort fell short on key comforts. 👍 What we liked: Fantastic beach access Spacious family rooms but only if family of 5+ Resort cats were a big hit with the kids 👎 What needs improvement: Food: Repetitive, reused at lunch and dinner, and flies on the buffet were a big turn-off Drinks: All served in paper cups, including wine (undrinkable) and cocktails Waterpark: Strong salt/chemical mix stung eyes and throats—kids refused to go back Kids’ club: No crafts or play area; staff seemed disinterested, and kids picked up on it so didn’t return. No clear info on daily activities. Activities: Poorly organised with long queues—kids often gave up and returned before getting a turn. Animation team not engaged with kids. Entertainment area: Picnic benches only, limited seating, shared space—not secure for younger kids Pool: Too small for the size of the hotel; chaotic adult water polo games made it unsafe for children Parasols: Very few—not enough parasols for the number of guests. felt bad taking enough parasols to shade our family as there wasn’t enough to go around so someone always got burnt! Rationing parasols on holiday …! Cleanliness: Dirty curtains, towels not replaced on a few days, had to request bed sheets to sleep under multiple times. Basic requirements Noise: Tree cutting and shouting construction workers at 7am wake-ups daily Extras: Lots of paid distractions—arcade, trampoline, shops—kids constantly asking for money Supermarket: card charged too much twice - check your receipts Bar: Long queues for drinks every evening—not enough staff for guest numbers Rooms: our room was spacious but our friends a family of 4 were squeezed into 1 small room. ⚠️ Tips for future travellers: Bring bottled water, a parasol, earplugs, and a good sense of humour. Maybe even your own wine…. Oh and a wine glass.

This is our own personal experience as a young family with a 1 year old ✨ What I would say about this place is you really do get what you pay for! The waterpark is an amazing addition to the hotel & without this we wouldn’t of been able to sit around the pool at all on this holiday… some days we made our way down to breakfast just after 8 & there were no sunbeds available by the hotel pool. This is disappointing but we never had any issues getting a bed by the waterpark ✨ The hotel is incredibly dated and needs a refresh - we found our beds to be super uncomfy & squeaky! The cleanliness in the room was top notch and could not be faulted - one thing we did pick up on was the lack of bin in the room, we have a young baby so nappies and wipes became a problem as we found ourselves buying bags & finding a bin outside to dispose of the rubbish so it wasn’t left on the floor. The water pressure for the showers was very good also! Unless you have to, I’d recommend using the stairs the lifts are slow & unreliable. It really is quicker to take the stairs than wait. We usually carried the pram down the stairs to avoid standing outside the lift for 10 minutes. We also had several encounters with children playing in the lift & on 1 occasion children were filling the lift with chairs… The food is probably one of the biggest let downs for this whole place. Food is beyond repetitive & whilst you can always grab some bread & a slice of plain cheese pizza it was just very basic and bland - definitely 3 star quality! There is only one pool bar open during the day & you’re lucky if you can grab a seat there as it’s always rammed - this hotel could really do with another bar open early in the afternoon as apart from the pool there is nothing else to do during the day! All the mini golf & arcades are closed until 6pm which was a shame as there isn’t anything else to do around there as you are quite secluded. If you’re someone who likes to go for walks during the day this isn’t the place for you. The AI for the hotel doesn’t include food n drink in the waterpark but you can bring in food and drinks in cups with lids but no glass allowed! I would say the cleanliness in the waterpark needs improving, the women’s toilets were disgusting and most of the doors didn’t lock. If you have a baby who requires a changing table then good luck because I did not find 1 baby change table in the whole hotel or outside facilities. The hotel does have an issue with cockroaches and the restaurant outdoor eating area was constantly covered with birds! Overall, I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again… the food is awful & it’s extremely dated but you get what you pay for at a 3 star holiday!

Hotel itself was lovely. Room was spacious & clean Water park was a huge hit. (Although food and drink it’s not in with the all inclusive) However… the food was not good - it was a struggle, bland and limited selection. Left overs were used to make the next days. Pool snacks were worst I’ve ever seen - weird coloured burgers that lay all day heated which made the rolls hard. The bland ham & cheese sandwich. Drink were local spirit but mixers were all sugar free. Thankfully a very good supermarket was a close by. The beach although was black sand was gorgeous I really struggle to see how this is a 4star. Will not go back or recommend sadly.
