I paid 360 euros for 2 nights through a travel agency, having seen the amazing photos on the website and believing that all rooms have a balcony or window. Upon arrival, the very kind employee, informed me that my room was in the 2nd building, on the opposite side of the square, but the surprise was that it did not have a balcony, even a window with view, but had a window that when opened led to a dark staircase in the next building (photo). There were not even any safety bars and anyone could break the window or enter the room if you left it open to air the room a little. Consequently, I stayed for 2 nights in a room without natural light, which was very clean, but it was like a "prison cell". I was forced to have the air conditioning constantly on, which caused me to freeze. Look at the photos of the hotel, in a small seaside town, and imagine expecting to have at least a beautiful view of the square or the sea and being given a "prison cell", and at the outrageous price of 165 euros. The ending was with the "manager" of the hotel, who was dressed not in a suit but like a "Hawaian summer tourist" and told me in a very bad and provocative tone, that next time I go I should pay more to be given a room with a balcony. ....Not even an apology.
