Mon Rêve Resort

We had an amazing trip to Mon Reve Ecogreen Resort. The rooms are spacious and very well kept, with everything you need. The staff are extremely helpful and I want to pay particular thanks to the chef and restaurant staff who were very attentive in meeting our weird irish eating requirements! The food was delicious and our group really enjoyed the lovely fresh seafood and tasting some authentic italian cuisine. Mu husband thoroughly enjoyed the sauna at the Wellbeing centre & a little bit of exercise and stretching at the gym, plus a swim in the lovely pool to finish. These are the regular things you may expect to see in a review, however the main attraction for this beautiful hotel is the unique location, with superb views over the stunning private beach. Well worth it to stay here - even off-season, it is a beautiful place to stay. Our group is affiliated with the international organisation, WJJF-WJJKO 1976, so our event here was our annual convention, where martial artists gather from across the world to train together and socialise/ present awards etc. Our three main events were handled beautifully by the resort. The first a Friday night themed Spartan dinner, had fantastic attention to detail, with themed menu and fantastic artwork displayed on the function room's I.T. screens. Then on Saturday we held a training course outdoors in a designated shaded space on the hotel grounds, to protect the athletes from the sun. That evening a superb Gala dinner was held, where we were delighted to meet the owners. They were very welcoming and hospitable, so it was really lovely to have had the chance to meet them. Staff throughout the gala dinner, were polished in their routine, attentive to all the guests and their needs and we had a thoroughly excellent evening. All in all, I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Estate 2024: un estate all'insegna del relax, della serenità e del benessere che, anche quest'anno, abbiamo vissuto presso il Monreve. Come sempre la gentilezza e la professionalità di Pasquale ed il suo staff rappresentano per chi arriva al resort il calore, il sorriso e la serietà che ti aspetti di trovare. Grazie grazie grazie. Uno grazie speciale ai signori della vigilanza che con serietà ed accoglienza ogni giorno ti danno il buongiorno. La location è sicuramente molto bella e suggestiva ma la cena non è stata all'altezza delle aspettative. Abbiamo chiesto un antipasto e due secondi di pesce. Il Primo piatto ad arrivare al tavolo è stato uno dei due secondi. Abbiamo quindi rimandato indietro il Piatto e atteso l'antipasto (tagliere di salumi e formaggi e marmellate) Il tagliere é arrivato ma senza pane e senza marmellate. Abbiamo quindi chiesto di portare quel che mancava ma ci è arrivato un barattolino di miele con un cucchiaio di plastica dentro: ' marmellate sono finite ma con i formaggi il miele va bene lo stesso' (testuali parole del cameriere). Ovviamente nessuno ci aveva detto che le marmellate erano finite. Dopo un secondo sollecito è arrivato il pane palesemente non fresco (rimandato indietro) Dopo aver consultato antipasto e secondo, nessuno é più venuto a chiedere se volevamo un dolce, un caffè o un amaro. Abbiamo quindi deciso di andar via e pagare. Il conto ci è arrivato sbagliato (ma questo può capitare) Musica di 'sottofondo' molto alta. Difficilmente torneremo
