非常美，酒店坐落在半山上，走路去那些經典都很近10幾分鐘均可到達。 陶爾米納的酒店的城市古老，酒店也有點老舊，但島上酒店相對類似。

這次意大利之行，做過最好的一家酒店，非常的不錯，在懸崖上為生設施都很乾凈，房間也很巨大，有標配的游泳池，有於出去遊玩時很好的選擇，酒店也很安靜

We booked through Tui and I’m surprised they rated the hotel 4 star. It’s really no more than a 2. Very dated, massively needs an uplift and refurb. Pool man miserable. Reception staff lovely, great breakfast. Rooms and balcony tired, location good. Not much else to say, but Tui needs to mark them down and charge accordingly.

I really don't understand how this hotel has a 4 * rating. It's very dated. The patio door onto the balcony is a workout 💪. There were 4 hangers in the wardrobe. The shower was over a bath, which isn't ideal if you have any mobility issues. The lift is like an oven, and the staff also uses it. There is 1 lift for all guests. This is a problem, especially at breakfast time. The very steel hill outside the hotel is a challenge. Not to mention the fact that cars and mopeds fly up and down, and it's up to you to dodge them. Hotel staff do not help to bring cases up or down the hill 🤔 On a positive note, the pool staff are wonderful, very friendly, and obliging. .

Before going I’d read the reviews on here about the hotel being outdated, but went with an open mind. The reviews were correct. This hotel needs a serious revamp. The room was small, dark and dreary with limited wardrobe space. The balcony whilst having a fabulous sea view, always had pigeon crap on it (which isn’t the hotels fault to a point) but when the awning and outside seat cushions are full of dried on pigeon crap it makes you wonder whether they actually care about cleaning these more regularly. The toilet button when pressed in to flush was grimy and dirty, the runners when you opened the patio doors haven’t been cleaned in years. This was so disappointing. However, the pool area was really nice with the same fantastic views and the pool itself was great. The staff at the pool area were also really helpful. Yes there is a very steep hill leading from the hotel to town which isn’t great in the heat and nor do TUI taxi pick ups come to the actual hotel. You have to lug your 23kg case yourself. The location is probably the best thing about this hotel. Loads of bars and restaurants within 5 mins walk. Personally though I would not return to this hotel which is a shame

We enjoyed our stay as a group of 3 friends in a junior suit with balcony and sea view. We had a double bed and 2 singles, the bathroom area was a good size with double sinks, bath and a separate shower and toilet. We also had a walk in wardrobe and plenty of room in the bedroom for the 3 of us not to be on top of each other. The balcony was large and had plenty of furniture and an amazing view of the sea and along the coast and also to Etna. The pool area was very nice and the pool was clean. Again a fabulous view from the pool area. The breakfast had a good variety of cereals and pastries , donuts, cereals, cheese and meats and bacon and eggs and fruits etc even granita. The location is perfect only a minutes walk into town and about 5 mins to the main *****. So many restaurants and bars close walking distance. Yes there is a steep hill to navigate down to the hotel, this is why you get the amazing view, the fact it’s on the side of a cliff. Most taxi drivers seemed to be happy to go up and down the hill to drop right and pick up outside the hotel , all of ours did in any case. For mobile people the hill presents no problem. This isn’t a hotel for people with mobility problems, indeed Taormina town as a whole isn’t ideal for people with mobility problems . We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel . Yes there are a few little things that could be updated ( outdoor furniture for example ) but they in no way affected our enjoyment of this hotel.

Stayed for a week in July with family occupying two rooms. Hotel is in a brilliant location. Be prepared for taking your own luggage up and down to the hotel up a steep hill. Taxi drivers will not go down. Views over the sea and Etna are great. All rooms are sea facing. Some rooms have to look at the very dated Panoramic lift... a concrete monstrosity sticking out in the middle of the hotel. The hotel built in the 1970s is very dated and in much need of an overhaul. Cracks in the walls, loose decking on the balcony and around the pool. Dated furniture. The staff work very hard to keep it clean, it is clean, just very dated. The Pool had a bit of a 1970s retro feel about it.. like the carpet out of The Shining. The staff worked really hard to keep the area clean and tidy, and to keep the pool clean. But at the end of the day, due to everyone going in with sun cream on, it was all a bit murky. The area around the pool was dated and a lot of decking and barriers were broken and wobbly. Our rooms were clean. The staff again worked wonders on the dated furniture and flooring. Beds were comfy, bathroom clean. Air con was not great, hairdryer even worse. Patio door took two of us to open as the runners were so old. Balcony decking was shocking...but the views were amazing. Breakfast was superb. The staff again were brilliant, everything topped up and refilled and kept very clean. The location was perfect for going into Taormina main town, just a 5 - 1 minute walk up the monster hill. Over all an average hotel, let down by its need of a refurb, but wins with the brilliant staff

My family and I had a lovely stay. All the staff (reception, pool and restaurant) were very friendly and helpful, especially Rita, Rosaria, Mimma, the three Antonios, Lorenzo and Alessandro! We always found a spot by the pool, even on the weekend after some assistance by the pool staff. The rooms were very clean and the buffet breakfast was great. The hotel architecture and rooms are a bit dated, but don't let that put you off. The only thing that needs changing is the hotel bar on the 7th floor which opens at 7pm but there is no outsude seating area, so it was usually empty in the evenings. However there are loads of bars in town, a short walk away. The view of the sea from the rooms and pool is amazing!

I just loved this hotel. Is it perfect? Well I don’t believe there is such a thing but we had the best time there. Firstly let’s address the elephant in the room, the ramp. I’m sorry but Taormina is not a place for you if you struggle with hills. Yes there is a tiny road that leads past the hotel that many taxis dont want to negotiate it, if you want to go out, you head up it. It’s steep but has steps built into a chunk of it. Taormina itself is all on a hill, if that’s a problem then don’t go. The upside are the stunning views, early morning out to Etna and at night to the lights of the super yachts in the bay. The hotel is immaculately clean, the pool is kept spotless by the lovely Antonio and team, the pool bar food and drink is good and reasonably priced for Sicily. Breakfast is in the restaurant making the most of the wonderful views with a great selection of things on offer, from yoghurts to bacon and eggs, pastries and fresh bread. The staff were friendly and helpful here too. Reception is friendly but I guess you get what you give. Nothing was too much and bags could be taken to the top of the ramp for you on your departure. We had a twin room, with a good sized balcony, bath with shower over. The bathroom colour was a little interesting (orange tiles!!) but at least it wasn’t corporate boring. We both genuinely had a fabulous time here. The location is just perfect at the bottom edge of town. If you want 5* luxury then Four Seasons have a place up the hill, but I’d stay in the Monte Tauro any day, less pretentious and definitely friendlier.
