Bonnabel Haus w/ Stocktank Pool ft. on DIY Network

Cozy cottage featured on Louisiana Flip N Move on DIY Network. This house was moved via truck and barge across lake Pontchartrain from Bonnabel Blvd all the way to it's new home in Robert, LA. The Bonnabel Haus is a very simple space which tried to pay homage to time when things were a little simpler as well. There are features throughout the house that were hand picked over years to try to constantly improve the feel of the interior. One of my favorite pieces is the foyer light which was bought at an estate sale in St. Francisville. It came from a old service station in Zachary that was torn down. I bought this light and completely refitted it to serve as my new Foyer light. It bodes high speed internet, off street parking, a large fenced backyard and best of all a little stock tank pool to take a dip in and cool off on hot Louisiana summer days. (stock tank pool available from May to September and drained from October to April). The Bonnabel Haus is only 10 min from downtown Hammond, 15 min to Covington and Madisonville, and 50 min to the New Orleans Airport. The pet fee is a $75/pet fee. GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT, SECURITY DEPOSIT, & ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Security deposit is $1000 or you have the option to pay a $50 non refundable insurance waiver in place of the security deposit for all stays under 10 days.
