The perfect location in Tangier. The staff will treat you like princes and princesses. Everything was just perfect. The room was spacious. I slept so well during these 3 nights. Loved it. A massive thanks to Othman, the reception Manager and his team. Highly highly recommended

3月底去的，酒店位置是在摩洛哥丹吉爾的郊外山區，風景環境相對不錯。但因為是齋月，所以基本客人不多，而且游泳池在維修中。50美元一個人的自助餐性價比比較低，食物不多而且也不添加，客服人員基本不懂英文，溝通相對比較困難。早餐點了貳杯200毫升的橙汁，收費12美元，有點離譜，當然房間設施達到五星級標準。離開酒店之後發現多收了莫名其妙的250美元，已經向銀行要求退款。整體服務水平衹能在2-3星級水平。不推薦，性價比太低。

酒店房間還行，衞生間洗澡的地方窗簾拉不下來。要轉換插頭卻沒有。

Excellent hôtel service incroyable !

We had a lovely time at the hotel for my birthday. The room had a wonderful view and the facilities are great. Staff are kind and attentive. Breakfast is good. Bed was very comfortable. Pool is really relaxing. Dinner is ok, but I would suggest to go to the city for dinner if possible. The only critique I had was that guest services wouldn't answer the phone all the time and were sometimes hard to reach. Still giving it 5 stars though just because we really loved it!

The experience was so great as the receptionist Mr. Mehdi was the one who cares about our stays from day 1 . This guy is second to none. I would recommend to dealing with him. ………….. I would recommend to dealing with him……………………………………………………..

Nice hotel far from city. Nice swimming pool used by external guests, not really kids friendly. Loud music every day, not really quite. Very nice breakfast and friendly service. Needs to improve the customer experience, did not feel like a 5 stars hotel.

We recently had the pleasure to stay and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. The room was immaculate and beautifully appointed, a stunning view, luxurious bedding, or modern amenities. The attention to detail was evident, and it made for a truly relaxing experience. Lovely hotel from the receptionist to valet and even pool staff everything was amazing! Hospitality and service was 10/10. Food was amazing! Would highly recommend. A special thank you to Adnan for being amazing and helpful with me! - Family friendly.

From the moment we arrived 🤩wow! We were greeted with absolutely delightful staff who are genuinely amazing people. The staff at Fairmont cannot do enough for their guests, the palace is the most elegant place to stay during a holiday. Abdel Hafid was on hand everyday to ensure we never went without anything we required, me and my friend planned a last minute trip and couldn’t find transport however Abdel made one phone call and 20 minutes later we were both on our way. I will be visiting Tangier again and will only be staying at the palace because if you want luxury then it’s the only place to be! Best holiday destination this year for me Thanks Abdel and all the staff hope to see you soon …..

Great staff, and stunning swimming pool I believe one of the best swimming pools in tanguer so far. Never seen a room but I believe they are more spacious as I have checked online. I must definitely come and spend a night with my family at Fairmont tazi palace

My experience was great, the room and the service were exquisite, I loved the pool, and I want to extremely thank Abdelhafid who was very caring and made my stay comfortable, I will definitely come back to this hotel whenever I visit Tangier.
