Decent hotel. It looks too good from outside, quite well designed, even the interior is quite good. But cleanliness can be better. But I can still recommend this for budget travellers.

The hotel is located near most of the attractions. Easy access. Staff are friendly and helpful. Homely feeling.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel De' la Ferns in Cameron Highlands! Our room was spacious and impeccably clean, and the staff was exceptionally warm and accommodating. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the area. We loved the cozy atmosphere, perfect for a cold weather getaway. The amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were excellent. We highly recommend this hotel for a delightful and comfortable couples' retreat.

Nice room and surprisingly I had a good sleep! Only recommend if the bath tub can change to the normal shower😁

Im a frequent traveller frm KL up to CH as my son n relatives are working there. But this is our first time trying this Hotel at De La Ferns since its close to my son's work place and seriously....im loving it!! Thank u so much crews..u made our day. Everything was perfect..1st stay on 24th Jan arrived late our original room was taken and we were given an upgrade room to junior suite..wow! 2nd stay again on 27th Jan ..both rooms were perfect facing the main road feels safe for us. So nice and kind ur staff is so understanding since for the 2nd stay i was alone they put me up close to the lift area. And the best part of all the room is ur TV oh my..ur Tv..android TV leh..jangan main main tau😂. We wil definately make this our fav hotel too. Now.....the bad part of this was......... Ur bed n pillows r so comfy u make us miss our breakfast!! Like..seriously!? 😂😂 So ..sorry guys if there isnt any reviews for d breakfast part since we havent got a chance to try it yet. But highly recommend this hotel to all. C u again La Ferns...😘😘✌️

I stayed at 2 hotels at Cameron. I totally regret booking this hotel. Not only is it much more expensive, it is also in a very bad condition and poorly located near a cemetery. The sofa and balcony chair are dirty, the TVs are not working, the chopsticks at restaurant are filthy, the food labelling have many mistakes and there is a lot of noise from the roof at night. We stayed at room 510. The only plus points of this hotel are that the hot water is hot and powerful and the waitresses (Qistina and Aqilah) ar. very helpful. For a lower price, I stayed at a much better hotel located very near Tanah Rata shopping area after 3 horrible nights at de la fern.

Breakfast full of variety. Delicious. Staff very friendly. Room is big, if the room have standing fan would be the best.

Overall stay still acceptable, just that it is a bit noisy due to the road is just beside the hotel. Staff was friendly

We spent two nights here on business and I must say that everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is quite close to my destination as well as some other business centers in the city. As for the room, even though being small. but it is excellent and surprisingly comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others having a business trip. However, this hotel might not suit those enjoying a family trip due to its limited room space.

Upon checking in found the room window unable to close and change to another room.

Been staying at this hotel for so many years everytime i came to cameron highland.. The room is comfortable and the breakfast and steamboat also very good

I have good experience stay in this hotel, everything is nice, havent try their food yet. Although the hotel is near the road but it didn’t bother me especially during night time, i didnt hear any sound from outside.
