The Fazeley Inn

Rooms are extremely tired and are desperate for decoration. My toilet didn't have a push knob and the seat was broken. 1st floor always smelt of cigarettes due to people smoking at the fire exit. I won't be staying there again. I didn't complain as house keeping should have picked this up.

Absolutely disgusting - checked in after some confusion on their end and entered through the back fire door in the “car park” -(tiny triangle of concrete behind a petrol station). The carpets were so filthy and thread bare, the walls were filthy and it stank of smoke. We walked through the bar which was dark and only had a smattering of elderly drunk men in it (2pm). Once in the room we found filthy walls, a heater that was so covered in dust it was a fire hazard, no chair or shelf or kettle or…anything! None of us even took our coats off and after realising the doors were all open and even the room doors didn’t lock properly we called it quits. Just walked away without saying anything as by that point had seen the reviews on here and didn’t think there any point complaining. Now staying in a nearby travelodge for the same approx price and feel like we are at the ritz! Horrendous!!!

Such a shame 0 isn't an option. I have NEVER been to such a disgustingly filthy "hotel" in my life. Even renting them out by the hour would be a rip off! Our party had booked 4 rooms between us and they were all horrific. Absolutely FILTHY with exceptionally questionable stains. The mattress was about an inch thick and again disgusting stains. The blinds...yup. Stained. The toilet only connected one side. Shower? I wouldn't even shower my dog in it. The carpets were a health hazard. No door handle so very unsafe. The pub was definitely a "locals only" pub. No way would a family be safe there. After 5 minutes we all checked out and drove elsewhere. All of us felt dirty and itchy and needed to stop as soon as we could to wash our hands. I have never felt this dirty from accommodation in my life and I've stayed all over including some really deprived areas but have never seen filth like this. An absolute health hazard and completely unsafe.

Room condition: rubish dirty damaged Payed for room with a double and a single bed but receved a room with 3 single bed witch was a cheeper option but didnt receve any refund and they refused to move us to the room that we payed for Room wasnt ready by checkin time Wals between the rooms must of been paper thin music was played till early hrs in the morning The dinner meals was probably micro meals from the siop cross the road , the hallway light didnt work , couldnt control the shower temprature witch ment that it was way to hot for my 5 year old son 1 advice if your thinking of booking KEEP WELL AWAY

Me and my fiancee checked into room number 5 of the Fazeley Inn, we noticed the bathroom ceiling had quite a lot of what looked like mould not the best start then the bed headboard fixed to the wall had extra screws sticking out of the wall with ripped wallpaper and a bit of loose plaster also the bed frame was broken down one side that we found out later on when going to bed. The next morning we complained, we were offered a twin room which we decided we did not want to take the chance. As we had pre paid we had to cut our losses as the manager was not authorised to give refunds or compensation. We had to get out of there and find another place to stay at short notice for the rest of the week.

Endroit à éviter absolument ! C’est sale, délabré à la limite de l’insalubrite... et très bruyant à cause du pub... pas de petit-déjeuner. Bref... Je fais environ 120 nuits d’hôtel par an depuis plus de 20 ans et celle-ci rentre sans aucun doute dans le top 3 des plus mauvaises expériences...
