Cameron in front desk , he is super helpful with kind small so welcoming all geust .i travel alot but not everywhere you can the person who is the best in customer service. thanks for all the staff as well .i think all are best i really recommended

RUN! Don't walk away from this place. I booked one night and it just happened to be a cold one here in Florida. The room was 62°. I turned the heat on. 2 hours later 63°. I called the front desk and she told me she would send someone right down to check it tomorrow morning....which would be after I checked out. I reminded her I was only staying one night. She absolutely refused to help me nor did she offer me another room. I spent the whole next day trying to call the manager because when I asked for him at 10:45 a.m. he was not there yet. Every time I called he was, "on the other line, please try again later". It was a big room, but it was in sad shape. Toilet seat was hanging on by one side. Shower towel bar was hanging on one side. Shower was a drizzle, not that I got to take one since it was 60° in the morning in the room. Absolutely no help from front desk that night or the next morning. Part of the problem could be that no one in this hotel that I could find spoke any english except for the very basic words. Nor did they have much experience operating the computers. UGG I should have left when I discovered that. I would have saved myself a miserable night!!
