The property is centrally located.
The staff was excellent and the hotel comfortable. It’s a good property.
The only weird thing was that the toilet was the lowest height and a bit outdated. The room lighting was on the economy side so not so bright.

We got there for an overnight stay to go to Tampa airport. It took them a while to find our rooms, but the rooms were nice. We also liked the free shuttle to the airport.

The Bed and rm amenities comfortable. NOT LIKED: Nvr received items like extra blankets or chairs at poolside@ confirmed requests made. NO follow up to say "unavailable or ran out,etc."

The bathroom was dirty and the ceiling was leaking it took 1 hour for them to come and they still didn’t do anything. The room didn’t come with a remote and when I asked for one they just insisted I didn’t see it. I don’t recommend

The property is dated and needs a lot of upgrades. Cleanliness is not up to par (there was dirt on the carpet). Seems stingy with toiletries and towels, but the front desk staff were great except for the late night checking staff, who didn’t care to give us any info whatsoever (not even wifi or breakfast info). The best thing about this property is the location, which is safe and convenient. It is close to a mall with some restaurants options that are a walking distance. The staff in the breakfast room were nice and so were the front desk (day) staff.

Customer Service at the front desk and restaurant were Great. Very friendly and helpful. Nowadays that is hard to find.

We so enjoyed our stay at this Westshore Tampa location. It was comfortable, clean and the staff from reception to housekeeping were very friendly. Looking forward to staying with you all again.

The area was good. The room was ok except the bathroom sink had dirt or sand all around. They must have dumped a cleaning bucket into it and left

I stayed at this hotel on business as it was central to all of the locations I needed to visit including the airport.
I was a little disappointed that the airport shuttle didn't run 24/7 so I had to Uber to the airport which was unusually expensive.
Overall, the front desk staff was very attentive and welcoming. The hotel itself was in need of some TLC. Felt like maintenance in general was lacking and the room was in need of a good deep cleaning / updates.
All of the furniture was damaged and worn, wallpaper in the bathroom buckling from moisture and just not an overall "clean" feel.
Was ok but definitely not great.
