The Beach Bungalows Tamarindo- Adults Only

Shannon, owner and hands on operator, made this vacation 5 star. Cleanliness and rustic teak minimalistic accommodations made for 5 stars. Short walk, a few minutes to great food and beach made for five stars. Highly recommended for the non bouchy inclined.

My stay at The Beach Bungalows Tamarindo was phenomenal. Shannon and the rest of the staff were highly responsive and accommodating. Shannon directed me toward surf instructors, airport transport, and other excursions easily, which made for a seamless experience. My bungalow was cleaned daily and included all necessities. Given the beautiful patio under the sleeping area, I spent more time than expected on the property than elsewhere in Tamarindo. I highly recommend booking here if you travel solo or as a couple.

The beach bungalows took our breath away! Your time at the bungalows is spent in the coziest bungalow equipped with a day bed and hammock for relaxing outside. The pool was an absolute life saver! As Canadians the pool was the perfect way to cool off from the tropical heat and so convenient to jump in at any given time!. The Bungalows are only a 5-10 minute walk from the beach and a plethora of restaurants and cafes. The suggested restaurants from Nico and Leti were spot on because any and all food we ate was absolutely amazing! So much wild life inside and outside of the bungalow gates, as well as so many international friends made during breakfasts at the bungalows. But who takes the cake for making our experience perfect was Jill! She was so incredibly friendly and helpful! Whether she’s giving you top notch recommendations for dining and activities or chatting with you at breakfast she really makes you feel comfortable and welcome instantly in an unfamiliar place! It was the most amazing trip and we will definitely be making arrangements to come back in the future!!!

We just returned from our 6 night stay at the beach bungalows. It was the perfect way to spend our 15 year wedding anniversary. This place is a gem. Our bungalow was beautiful and very comfy. We loved lounging on our hammock after our beach adventures and soaking in the pool. Nico and staff were so kind and helpful. They really went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time. The breakfasts were very tasty and on mornings we had to leave early for excursions he made sure to leave breakfast to go for us. They helped with transportation to and from airport, excursions while visiting and local restaurant recs. Everything was Pura Vida. I highly recommend this place!

Lovely place to unwind and chill. Jill and Nico were so welcoming and made sure our stay was all we could wish for. We appreciated that the Bungalows are away from the hustle and bustle and truly relaxing the delicious breakfast each morning was the icing on the cake.

Very nice place, staff are very friendly. Jill was also super accommodating for us, especially regarding dietary restrictions; and happy to show us around. Perfect for both solo and couples staying in Tamarindo
