The place is in the center with decent breakfast there was some confusion with reservation and the management did not resolve it

Close to bus stop, convenient location, we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice Place to stay with family, also it’s in they middle of everything around the city,

This 4-star hotel is definitely a perfect choice. It’s pretty near the old town and everything is so wonderful!

The hotel is very well located (the airport line to the door) and from which it is possible to visit the city on foot. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The reception staff are very friendly. However, they have a serious problem with the small service. The only way to have breakfast without problems is to wake up early and be there when it opens. The main problem that must be quickly corrected is that there is no control over who has or does not have access to breakfast, which means that everyone (even those who haven't paid) eats breakfast. Furthermore, many people take the opportunity to make sandwiches and take other things with them to eat during the day. Although this in itself is not a problem, it becomes one when those who arrive for breakfast later have no more food.

Nice, modern place near the outer wall of the old city (near Hermann's Tower) and Toompea. Good location for exploring Old Town. without having to park in Old Town. Excellent breakfast and comfortable room. Good WiFi. They do have parking next door, but it can be challenging. We did find a space ok, however, but it was a tight squeeze. Though we did not use it, it has good connections via public transit with an adjacent stop. Two minor challenges. The a/c was tough to figure out. For an American, the comforters are too warm in summer, but they were happy to give us a sheet on request. Also, the curtains could be a little darker, as it does stay light until 10:30 pm in the summer and the sun comes up around 4:30 am. But those were small concerns. Good hotel restaurant, Katze, at a reasonable price. We ate there and it was good.

I experienced an enjoyable solo stay for 3 nights on a business trip. The rooms are basic but adequate. The main features of this hotel are the exceptionally friendly and professional staff. They were always available to help and assist during my visit. The restaurant serves lovely fresh food and the salmon salad was incredible. The breakfast was also very good and a range of gluten-free items are available. The breakfast area does get busy but the staff manage this well. It’s ideally situated to get to a lot of places in Tallinn. The park is beautiful at this time of year.

Hotel is located near to the center of Tallin (15 min walk through green areas). Friendly stuff, good breakfast, rooms perfekt for business trips. Taxi Trip between hotel und airport ~ 20 -40 Minutes (depends on traffic jam), Ask for a room to the backyard.

I have no idea why this hotel is classed as 4*. I stayed in a tiny box room where the temperature could not be controlled and was just too hot for me. The window could only be opened slightly which kept shutting on its own accord! The staff did provide me with a fan though, which helped. There was no hospitality tray, which for a so called 4* is a basic. Their description says it’s 5 mins from the town Sq. It is NOT by any stretch of the imagination. It’s at least 15 mins, up a hill, then down a hill. It’s hard work. The breakfast service was an absolute shambles. Everything crowded together in one corner. A coffee machine that took ages to dispense coffee and i only wanted hot water. There was a massive queue for the buffet, then a queue for the drinks. Once you’ve got your food, there was no where left to sit, with people wandering around with plates of food. It was the most stressful breakfast service i’ve ever endured and the whole process took over an hour to complete. i was utterly fed up. Bed was comfy though. If i could have stayed somewhere else, i would have done. Not very pleasant for a holiday experience

We stayed at L'Ermitage Hotel for 4 nights in April. The room was very comfortable, with a nice bed. The location was excellent, just a 15-minute distance from the city center. Breakfast was not perfect, but good, with a variety of options. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and we will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
