Amazing stay

Outstanding!! Customer service was excellent. The rooms we clean with fresh water. We felt very safe. I will recommend all to stay. Meal are clean as the food was delicious. Staff was very attentive to guests.

Our room and it's location was fantastic! Prideinn is located at the edge of the Masaai Mara Reserve, we were surrounded by nature. It was amazing, hearing all the birds and the occasional bark/roar of wildlife during the night. What an experience! The service was excellent. Millie, our dining room attendant, was very cheerful and very accommodating. Benson, our housekeeper, brought us hot water bottles on our first night to warm the ends of our beds so our feet wouldn't be cold! He even heated the water, filled the bottles and placed them under the covers! Wow! We have never had service like this before.

It's a lovely place and a wonderful Masai mara experience, I will definitely choose this place again. The place exceeded our expectations. We think pictures didn't do justice to beautiful place this is. There is so much attention to detail given to the acoustics. Staff is so great and friendly, they make you feel at home. Everyone is warm and courteous. Rooms are super comfortable and luxurious. Hot water bottles provided every night for comfy sleep experience. Food is super nice with a lot of options (even vegetarian and exotic meat varieties). We saw an elephant right across the river while having our dinner at restaurant. They have a nice guitarist who plays great local songs- just during our last night at Prideinn, he played : "Goodbye Masailand, I will come again". Special shout out to Patrick, who took care of us and other staff which ensured our stay was perfect. It was a happy & peaceful place. Location is perfect. There is a bridge that you cross and there you are in the safari world, but you are far enough to be safe. There are guards all night taking a round to ensure safety is maintained.

Amazing experience with Pride inn. Hospitality by the hotel and all staff Amazing. I would highly recommend staying at pride inn should anyone travel to masai maara. Fred who was a staff was warm and looked after us exceptionally well during our meals.

Couldn’t have had a better experience; the customer service was over the top. Millie our sweet waitress tended to our every need, and we felt at home! FOOD WAS SO GOOD, and our room, massive, clean and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!
