Lobby and ****** reeked of cigarette smoke from ******. Maintenance needs to address ventilation of ****** smoking section.
Otherwise, very nice hotel with good breakfast.
Would not stay here again due to smoking odor.

Pros: the shower was very good. very good water pressure and abundant hot water. Bed is comfortable. Room was large. There is a tea kettle in the room. Location was very close to Ruta 5. Also conveniently located across from Sodamac. Overall good hotel. Cons: if your a coffee drinker bring your own cups. Has tea kettle for hot water but no way to drink. Parking is complicated. They have a valet parking which they say its included, but to make it work you have to pay to get into parking lot, which entails taking a parking ticket, parking the car, walk to a working machine to pay, then bring the ticket inside to the valet people, who will then retrieve your car. Quite cumbersome. It's easier to park yourself, just pay the daily amount, and leave your car.

Habitaciones con baño amplias y muy cómodas. Desayuno muy rico y variado. Restaurante acogedor y ricas preparaciones, con precio adecuado. Ubicado al lado dentro comercial de Talca, como para salir a vitrinear y comprar. Además cuenta con un ******.

Es el hotel del ****** (aunque la entrada al ****** es independiente). Las habitaciones son amplias y modernas, con minibar. Hay un buen desayuno buffet, gimnasio y piscina al aire libre. A mi juicio, lo peoro del hotel es su ubicaicón ya que, auqnue al lado hay un gran centro comercial, para desplazarse a cualquier sitio hay que ir en coche.

Siempre Hotel ****** Talca entrega una excelente atención! Es el mejor hotel de la cuidad y cada vez que quiero desconectarme pido una habitación y disfruto sus entretenciones ( piscina , ****** , disco , restaurante, mall )

se sugiere evaluar como un hotel de 5 estrellas por la calidad de atención de los cajeros que piden reservaciones con anticipación para el día de matrimonio o luna de miel en regalos de novios sobre todo el pub discotequero son los centro de recreación a mayores de 18 años y también se puede realizar un bingo solidario.

La ubicación y las instalaciones muy buenas, piscina agradable, excelente ubicación. Todo el personal fue sumamente amable. ANTES no se podía estacionar frente al hotel, y eso era muy incómodo, pero AHORA se puede usar el estacionamiento del mall, lo que es perfecto.

Por trabajo visité el hotel. Muy buena ubicación, personal amable, desayuno muy completo y excelente habitación con conexión wifi e internet por cable LAN. Este ultimo punto es muy importante ya que en la empresa tenemos equipos sin compatibilidad wifi, por ende nuestra gran razón de preferir este hotel es el cable ethernet. El mantenimiento de la piscina es deficiente y el agua no estaba limpia, quisimos ir al sauna y en plena hora de funcionamiento no había nadie atendiendo y estaba todo cerrado y apagado.
