Very good service staff,comfortable rooms, fully equipped gym. Breakfast is a la carte, nothing special. The beach in front of the hotel is very beautiful, clean, able to swim.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Tui blue Khaolak hotel. Das Hotel und die Lage war wie gewohnt sehr gut. lediglich der Strandanschnitt hat uns nicht so gut gefallen, da man nicht direkt am Strand Liegen kann. Außerdem stehen die Liegen am Strand alle nebeneinander, was uns so im Vergleich zu den Nachbarhotels nicht so gut gefallen hat. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr höflich und hilfsbereit.

ห้องพักตอนกลางคืนในห้องไฟค่อนข้างไม่สว่าง บรรยากาศโดยรอบโรงแรมดีติดชายหาด แต่ค่อนข้างเงียบห่างจากร้านสะดวกซื้อ

酒店服務非常好，價格便宜，泳池乾淨非常大，景觀非常好。性價比很高！！！！大家可以沖，而且距離斯米蘭非常近，不用很早起。

酒店非常不錯，特別是前台小姐姐很熱情，態度很好，對於我們英語差的**來説很不錯。很適合休閑度假，建議以後增加中文服務

The best Hotel for us ever.We stay in a poolacc.room.The Area is beautyfull,silence and relax.We have only Breakfast and this is very good.The Staff ,the Reception,Housekeep.warm and friendly every time.Short walk to Restaur/Bars and 5min.tuktuk Bang Niang Market.

Great hotel for couples . We are here now. Lovely staff. Friendly and helpful The whole hotel is lovely and clean .. we're here on B &B basis So haven't eaten I restaurant as we eat out at local places. Very quite and peaceful How ever... we would not come back as from November 2024 they are allowing families and children.. what a shame.. keep it adult only

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff in the hotel. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was cleaned to a very high standard and was spacious and comfortable. We were bed and breakfast only as we wanted to experience food outside of the hotel. However, we did eat in the restaurants and beach bar many times and it was very good. There was plenty of choice at breakfast. My husband stuck to using the egg station most days but I took advantage of the delicious Thai curries for breakfast, what a treat! The ***** of restaurants and bars starts just outside the hotel and even though it was low season, there was plenty to choose from. We would definitely go back, we had no complaints at all.

This was our first time in Thailand and it didn’t disappoint! The hotel is in a good position being on the beach, though due to the time of year we visited, the sea was rough so no swimming advised but we were able to walk in both directions which was good You can easily walk into the town where there is a good variety of bars/ restaurants and shops which is handy. This hotel is lovely, everyone is friendly and helpful. We had a swim up room which was amazing, the room is modern and clean and has everything that you need, lovely to be able to sunbathe on your terrace then pop in for a swim. There are also a couple of other pools which are just as good, main one with bar is very large, all are kept very clean. We were on all inclusive, food was good and plentiful and although there was a separate menu for the drinks there was enough choice for us. We have had the best time here and hope to return one day!

The location was fantastic, the staff were amazing. The hotel was very clean plenty of sun beds on sea front and pools. The sea and pools were like hot baths. I think the hotel is on the edge of the jungle as the insects and animals are everywhere . I got bit quite a lot for me Ants etc. I applied all sorts of repellent but found on the last couple of days skin so soft from Avon seemed to work best. We were bed and breakfast which was very good with a selection for all tastes. Restaurants are close by some straight across the road and others 5 mins ride or 10 mins walk all good. The hotel restaurant food was excellent . We did the Elephant feeding, jungle safari and James Bond Island trips all very enjoyable, the swim in the jungle waterfall was the only time I was cool. I managed to sweat for 2 weeks solid due to the humidity. We had the odd thunder storm which passed after half an hour in the afternoon. We also went to coco beach very good we all had a massage. The hotel changed its name from TUI blu on 1st of May this had no effect on us at all. The pool aerobics were good. And the gym good but better to stand in for a cool down during the day.

Lovely hotel, cannot fault this hotel we had such a nice time, the beach was very relaxing, shame though that people put their towels on the beach front beds everyday, however they did not spoil my day as i got a bed just at the back. There is one request about the outside dining area, I think a canopy one end would work well, we usually always sit outside but there was a problem finding a more shady area and made it far too hot. I have been told that this hotel will no longer be adults only after Nov and that is a shame, however if no family amusement are going to be put in place I do not think us adults have anything to worry about. Watch this space.

Having one last look at the beautiful beach at the Tui Blue Khao Lak Resort from the beach bar high tide as it’s also a full moon waiting for our transfer to airport . Great location with shops and restaurants a short walk away The Golden Elephant being our favorite restaurant. Pam’s was amazing too and had to book via messenger 2 days in advance. Reception can organise trips and we had a private half day taxi to a local Temple Elephant home and White Sands beach for lunch all not long distance. We did a day to three Temples with lunch stop included and another day Emerald Pool and to a man made lake going across to a cave with lunch in a floating restaurant including swim stops on a long tail boat . Bangniang Market well worth a trip with lots of goodies and food stalls opposite a must the Tsunami Memorial Museum . Going back to the resort it was lovely nothing to complain about with beach and 5 pools to choose from Adults only ATM .

Just come back from this hotel. Absolutely faultless. All The staff are amazing and want to make your holiday the best it can be. Our room was on 3rd floor facing 3 of the 5 pools. It had a massive bed, large fridge, walk in shower and separate loo. Large wardrobe with lots of hangers. Pools are all clean and plenty of sunbeds. Never needed to get up to reserve one. Only issue was sunbeds on beach where it was impossible to get one unless you were up at 7 and sat in it all day! We were half board. Food was the best we have had anywhere with a massive choice and all piping hot. Special mention to the restaurant manager James who always came and chatted to everyone and everything was so organised. The view from the restaurant was incredible, right on the beach with far reaching views. Beach in front of hotel was small with a few rocks but plenty of large beaches in either direction. Khao Lak is a huge resort with a main road running through. We were glad to be half board and not going out every night as it was a good 10 minute walk to most of the restaurants. We did however have a meal at the Gold elephant opposite which was superb. We did one TUI trip to see elephants and bamboo rafting which was amazing. Coconut beach is a must too. To summarise we had an amazing holiday and cannot fault our experience at this hotel.
