The room size is big and spacious , but the furniture was rather old , need to renovate . Service wise was good and the surrounding is tranquil.

Super gelegenes und sehr sehr schönes hotel mit einem sehr schönen Garten aber allgemein ein super schöner Außenbereich.die Angestellten stets immer höflich und nett und hilfsbereit..
Man kann hier und da immer ein paar Kleinigkeiten bzw Dinge anregen verändern oder umgestalten aber das kann man in jedem Hotel. Wenn man sucht dann findet man auch aber hier muss ich sagen ist der herausragende gute Prozent Teil des Guten mehr als 90 %...aber was bzw wer hat schon 100% ?
Wir sind hochzufrieden und werden gerne wiederkommen.

Peaceful resort with friendly staff. We had an all inclusive package and we tried everything. We stayed in the private elite villas which were great as we had friends staying at the resort also they would come over at night for a swim and play cards. Very clean resort the cocktails were great and we came low season so on the quiet side. We ate at Motown on fire steak restaurant and food was spectacular. Big thanks to Robert the GM who looked after us and Cha the waitress with impeccable service as we Celebrated my birthday there with friends with 2 of their amazing platters we struggled to finish . Breakfasts were good the beach restaurant had good lunches . The buffet dinners were a little repetitive but you can always choose your eat elsewhere along the beach about 10m walk . Spa services were great and we used the local beach massages also . It is a quiet resort and relaxing don’t expect activities but you can book things to do outside. Also only 12 years and over are allowed to stay . Special mention thanks to Duk the bar man Alma and Clarissa for their attention. Would come again

We stayed here for 10 days with the plan to relax and recharge after previous long, busy holidays. Beyond khaolak is the perfect destination to do just that. We stayed in an elite pool villa. It is absolutely private and peaceful. The room is very comfortable. It is a short walk to the beach front restaurant and main pool but it is a very tranquil walk. There are shuttle buses available to take you into the town, although in low season, they start at 3pm. Every member of staff were welcoming and friendly. Special shout out to Alma and Clarrissa, two of the most friendly people you will have the joy of meeting. Make sure you have a meal at their M.O.F restaurant.

This is wonderful and relax resort at Khoalak we keep coming back and is our number 6 at our same villa . we are looking forward to coming back again the staffs are friendly and the pools are fabulous . Special thanks to khun Miss Deersy at the reception desk for helping us for addition night due to our fight rescheduled and organised our day trip and thanks Mr hat for make us so welcome We will back again soon. we just spent a pleasurable 2 weeks at Beyond Resort Khao Lak, this was not our first visit, we keep coming back because of the ambience of the resort plus the marvelous and friendly staff. The accommodation is spacious, the bedroom with king bed is adjoined by a lounge/TV area with sliding doors into a large change room with shower and toilet and vanity, complete with liquid soaps/shampoo/conditioner and kettle and bar fridge. The pool area has several pools of different depths plus a swim up bar in the main pool. Breakfast was included with plenty variety on offer, the omelets made to order are first rate. Evening dinner was a buffet most nights, again with plenty of variety and usually with a duo playing/singing great tunes, as well as requests. We ate 3 times at their signature restaurant, Motown On Fire, and the food was excellent, they specialise in steaks but also have fish on the menu for partners who are vegetarians. We just love the staff who we have gotten to know from previous visits - Hat, Alma, Nui, Tip, Tik, Neena, Clarissa, Tan, Molly to name just a few, they are really nice people. We also need to thank the manager (Robert) who moved a rowdy group out who were making every one else's holiday (as well as the staff) a not so good experience, they went and harmony with all the other guests returned. Hopefully we will return next year

this is a superb resort. the staff are efficient and very friendly. they seem very happy in their work which is a testament to the manager. the pools are lovely, the rooms are great, any issues are dealt with immediately (our air conditioning unit stopped working and was repaired within hours). Motown on Fire, the high end restaurant, was magnificent as the food was great and the atmosphere excellent too. Breakfast was excellent and the curries authentic, the only area that could be improved was the variety of food at the beach buffet. Most of the quality was good, some not so much and the desserts were the same every day. We stayed 15 days so I guess that's why it became repetitious. There was a bus to town at a charge.
