Beautiful resort. A little old but the room with access to the pool is great. Breakfast was okay. Pool is huge. Beach is private and clean. Resort offers lots of little activities like beach yoga, water aerobics, cycling! Great options for dinner at the restaurant!

amazing place in terms of quality of resort, exclusive beach and pool. food from Restaurant was disappointing, almost got robbed. they must focus on improving their Authentic Thai dishes from Restaurant menu. overall it was a Great experience.

We stayed at this hotel probably ten times, we love the pool, breakfast, happy hours at pool bar, gym and pool table. Room needs upgrade, the room we stayed the wooden floor slightly pop up due to humidity.

Beautiful place and calm. The employee have service mind .I enjoyed with all of activity cycling ,tabletennis, swimming etc And your breakfast had variety of food. Next time I will back again when I have time.

Hotel in phase of decadence. The facilities are not of a higher level than a 2-3 star hotel. It used to be a peaceful hotel for adults only (it is now more than 22:00 and children and families are still shouting and playing on the pool access rooms). No free shuttle bus to Khao Lak anymore. Prices in the restaurant too expensive. I have been here for at least 10 times, but I don't think I will be back again...really a pity.

Faultless service, comfort and facilities. Nothing was too much trouble for the smiling staff. Our rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable with all conveniences. What a wonderful place to spend time relaxing with friends. No need to leave the resort if you don’t want to but if you want to explore there are many options nearby or further afield that are easy to reach. Highly recommend ❤️

Exceptional hotel! Incredible food, staff/service & facilities. Truly top notch. Never a queue for anything, plenty of sun beds etc. good location with a couple of restaurants/massage parlours & shops including taxi rank just outside the hotel & only a short £5 taxi into the main parts of Khao Lak. Note this is a very quiet hotel with last orders at 10.30pm for 11pm close. Shout out to Fah in the restaurant and Gyan in the pool bar who are genuine diamonds! 100% recommended! Thanks for a great stay!

Good points: - Rooms are large, spacious and incredibly comfortable - Location means it is truly a haven, nice and quiet with a deserted beach - Andaman seafood restaurant 5 minutes walk away has exceptional service and food - Room cleaning teams very friendly and efficient. - Pool is great, clean and plenty of sun loungers available. Poor points: - Drinks in hotel contain little to no alcohol, quite expensive too -Pool bar staff dismissive -Building works around the pool were noisy and uncomfortable to listen to - Service is very poor in eating areas, dirty plates everywhere….these are just not collected. Especially during breakfast. - Breakfast….truly AWFUL, poor quality, tasteless items with the exception of the daily curry/pad Thai (usually cold too).Staff we found were lazy and uninterested often had to get coffee ourselves from the counter. - Asked for more drinking water in the room, despite this being in refillable hotel glass bottles reception wanted to charge. - Common areas especially upon entering the hotel are rough and more akin to a 1 Star hostel…awful and require attention.

Wonderful Stay! Staff are very kind, friendly and hospitable. While we didn't get to swim in the ocean in front of the resort because of under current the pool right outside our doorstep was lovely. There were many beaches close by like Coconut beach!

We have just spent a week here, family of 4 with kids 18 and 20. The hotel is just perfect, small enough to have a real friendly vibe. Breakfast was good, bacon needs attention but a lovely egg counter with loads of options! There are always loads of loungers available, the pool area is lovely and the beach is quiet, unfurnished and beautiful. We got the tuk tuk taxi into Khoa Lak ***** most evenings, easy to get just ask reception and it’s there within minutes. Takes 15 mins and costs about 300 baht, but varies depending on amount of people. After a few days we hired mopeds for 250 baht a day… it’s a quiet run upto the main road, which can be busy but is an easy run. The Night market is great, it’s not on every night but we ate there twice and the food really is the best here! 4 of us ate here for about 800 baht. We watched a Muay Thai fight which was ok but involved lots of children fighting which wasn’t really what we wanted to see! Cost 1000 baht pp. we did 2 excursions here and organised through Rung ontour Khoa Lak on Facebook, she is a brilliant, reliable host and costs far less than Tui were charging. We did the AV and whitewater rafting and then James Bond Island tour which was just magical! We were in the rainy season and probably had a couple of rainy days but it often cleared up after a few hours and didn’t deter us! We ate a few times at hotel, nice food and prices very reasonable. Room service is very quick too. The rooms are huge, the bed is huge and cleaned everyday. It is a beautiful hotel and we would definitely book again. We are now in Patong Phuket which is a totally different experience. If you want a chilled, laid back holiday then this is definitely the place for you. We also took money out with us and exchanged as we went, really good rate at the exchange booths on Khoa Lak *****, but do check a few as some better than others! You can’t go wrong with this hotel we all loved it

The staff are exceptional, very fortunate to have dealt with these kind hearted people. The food is great from breakfast to dinner. Love to go back again and highly recommended. We had a great time even if it was not a great season to visit Khao Lak. Thank you guys
