Un séjour exceptionnel ! L’accueil était chaleureux dès notre arrivée, avec un personnel souriant et aux petits soins tout au long du séjour. Le service était impeccable, la nourriture délicieuse et variée. L’hôtel est magnifique, avec une vue à couper le souffle et un emplacement idéal. Une expérience inoubliable, je recommande vivement ! Merci beaucoup à toute l’équipe.

I stayed at Hotel Royal Tulip Korbous and unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. While the location is undeniably beautiful — it ends there. Everything else is a complete disappointment. From the start, we were faced with unprofessionalism across every facility: reception, rooms, restaurants, and even the spa. The staff was disorganized, poorly trained, and at times, outright dismissive. The buffet was not replenished, and if you came a little late, there was hardly anything left. Worse still, the tap water is undrinkable, but the hotel charges for every single bottle of water, without exception. In a hot climate like Korbous, this felt more like exploitation than policy. A 35 TND boat trip, was charged 45 (originally we were asked 60 TND). No explanation, just a blatant overcharge. It honestly felt like we were being tricked at every turn. The worst part? The blatant discrimination when it came to late checkout. Some guests were granted late checkout, others weren’t, with no consistency or fairness. We were given three different answers about how many rooms could check out late and at what time. It was chaotic and frustrating. We also requested to speak with the hotel manager to give our feedback directly. Despite we saw him around, he refused to meet us under the fake argument of the usual “he is not around” , which speaks volumes about the leadership here. If he happens to read this review on Tripadvisor — this is the feedback you ignored. It was clear to all of us that the main focus of this hotel is collecting money, not providing quality service. Regular guests are treated as second-tier. The only “important” customers seem to be the hotel owners, wife, and their friends. Royal Tulip Korbous is a 7-star location dragged down by 0-star management and hospitality. Until serious changes are made, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. There are far better options in Tunisia where guests are actually valued. What a shame for a country with more than 3000 years of history and known for its genuine hospitality!

Absolutely breathtaking! Royal Tulip Korbous exceeded all expectations with its stunning views, elegant decor, and impeccable service. The rooms are beautifully designed with all the luxury amenities one could want. The thermal baths and spa facilities are a true oasis, perfect for relaxation. The staff is incredibly welcoming and attentive, making every moment memorable. A perfect blend of luxury and natural beauty—highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind in style. Five stars!

Only View is good. Food is so so. Despite being overpriced, the service is poor. I asked the staff to check because I lost my watch, but they don't seem to care. awaiting a single water bottle for an hour. Tunisians are not welcome in this hotel. Bored hotel. Never return
