It was around 5~10 minutes walk from the nearest metro station. The room was big and comfortable. Service was good too. Haven't tried their breakfast though.

The staffs are very nice and well prepared. They have already prepared for the room key card and passed to us once id is verified at check-in counter. The room is clean and spacious.

My recent stay at the Parkview Hotel in Hualien was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The property is beautifully designed, surrounded by lush greenery and offering breathtaking views of the mountains and ocean. It truly feels like a peaceful resort retreat. Rooms & Comfort The room was spacious, clean, and very well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches — from the well-stocked amenities to the quiet atmosphere that allowed for a restful sleep. Facilities Parkview’s facilities are outstanding. The swimming pool, gym, and recreational areas are all modern and well-kept. Families will especially enjoy the wide range of activities and the children’s play areas. The large garden and open spaces make it perfect for morning walks or simply relaxing outdoors. Dining Breakfast was generous, offering both international and local ********* selections. The quality and freshness of the food were excellent, and the service staff were attentive, keeping everything replenished quickly. Service What stood out most was the hospitality. Every staff member I interacted with was polite, warm, and eager to help — whether at the front desk, in the restaurants, or around the hotel grounds. Their professionalism and friendliness added so much to the experience. Location The hotel is conveniently located just a short drive from Hualien city center and the train station, yet it feels like a peaceful resort away from the bustle. It’s also a great base for exploring Taroko Gorge and the surrounding natural attractions. ⸻ ✅ Overall: Parkview Hotel is a perfect choice for anyone visiting Hualien, whether for leisure, family holidays, or even a quiet getaway. I left feeling refreshed and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

This is the first time I stayed in this hotel. Their services are good and the hotel is modern and nice.

hotel was spotlessly clean with a nice smart tv that had netflix/disney+/prime as well as a filtered water filter! bedside tables also had international outlets for ease of charging, snack counter and drinks in the fridge were also on the house and would be topped up daily! had a very pleasant stay, would surely rebook again when i’m back in taipei :)

Room was clean and hotel is in a quiet location for a good night’s rest after a long day of touring around Taipei!

the shower is not working properly as the temperature cannot be adjusted properly. and there has no switch to turn off lighting at door. location is good though. Service is not bad at day time.

The hotel is amazing. Located in a quiet place, however, there are hidden gems around and situated amongst many convenience stores. Hotel staff were friendly and very accommodating to our requests. Room was large and spacious, bathroom was the best out of all the stays we experienced in Taiwan. Free minibar amenities available. Overall design was 10/10. We thoroughly enjoyed the comfy bed and fluffy pillows:) Highly recommended!

I chanced upon Parkview Taipei earlier this year and have been staying with them every time I come to Taipei. I like their room; the cleanliness and the space. The location is great as well. They are near to the metro station (2 metro line) and within 1-2 stops from the location I wanted to go. Will stay with them again for sure!

This hotel has recently been renovated and is exceptionally clean and tidy. The bathtub is particularly elegant and enjoyable to use. The complimentary mini bar was a delightful surprise. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient, with plenty of nearby restaurants. Highly recommended!

The location and the room was amazing and I will be living this hotel again!

Hotel location isn't the best personally, it's about 5 minutes walk to the closest MRT station(Songjiang Nanjing) which  matters a lot to me. But there are a lot of nice restaurants and Taipei is generally a very walkable city so no complaints there, besides the front desk during check in when they asked me if I will be staying solo which I replied yes and they seem to be mocking/making fun of the situation which I do not get till this day. What are we, in high school? Grow up or at least have some professionalism. Housekeeping is very good, bedsheets were never changed during my 5 nights stay but it's not an issue for me so long as it's clean enough. Gym only has cardio machines and nothing else, it is located in B1 level which is the parking floor that the general public can easily access to anytime lol. Overall satisfied with my stay as the room is very comfortable.

Excellent location. Just 5 mins walk to metro station. 2 stops via metro to most places we wanted to go. Bus stops close by, too. Loved our room . Big floor to ceiling windows in the room as well as bathroom. There are blinds for privacy between bathroom and bedroom. Modern contemporary looks. Long bath located within the shower area kept the wet zone in the same space. Friendly staff at reception. Have spoken to various team members and they were all helpful 🙂
