Goood hotel clean and good location

位置佳，離超市、商場、ATM都近，門口有一塊空地可以免費停車。但是無健身房，且早餐衹有在入住客房達到一定數量後才會開放自助（也是可選菜品少），否則就是雞蛋煎餅+三小塊麪餅。二樓以上無線網絡信號也不佳。衹住三兩天還是可以的，再多就可以換個酒店試試了。

Room was very spacious and clean. Wifi is strong. Breakfast was nicely setup with quite a variety of options. Arabic coffee with dates as well as infused lemon water provided at lobby. Hotel is conveniently located. There is a mall few mins away and lots of shops few mins walk away. The old town and Ibnu Abbas mosque is around 20 to 30 mins walk away. Everything was great but I wished the staffs could be more helpful. We inquired on the cable car. The staff on duty just gave us a flat "no, don't know" and that's it. No trying to get the information for us or checking it out for us. Also, after checking out and collecting our luggages, we requested the staff on duty to arrange cab or transport to airport. The staff on duty, just told us, " sorry, you have to get a cab yourself. We don't arrange for you. You can walk to the main road or mall and hail a cab. I asked the staff to book any car as I do not have any app to book but the staff still give a flat no and insisted we walk out to hail a cab ourselves. We walk all the way to the Mall and frantically looking for cab as we were running late to catch our flight. It took some time and we finally managed to get a car to drive us back to the hotel to get our luggages and then drive us to the airport in time for our flight. In all my travels, never had I encountered a hotel who asked the guest to find a cab themselves. All hotels so far were able to either book a taxi or arrange a private car for us. If the hotel can train the staffs to be more service oriented, it would be great

Very nice and clean and very good location , staff is cooperative , rooms are large and new , they provide everything on a hotel standard, will definitely recommend it to others , Probably the voice isolation is not the best as u can hear some noise in corridors.

Very pleasant hotel with professional and accommodating staff. High-quality mattress that was wonderfully comfortable. There are modern amenities and lighting. Overall it was extremely clean and well maintained.

Very comfortable hotel in Taif! I only stayed one night, as I had an early flight the next morning, but the rooms were extremely comfortable! Rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated! Bathrooms were clean, and provided all of the necessary toiletries including shampoo, body lotion, shower gel, bar soap, shower caps, and dental kits. The breakfast buffet was just amazing - so many options to choose from and very carefully crafted. The staff were attentive and courteous! Exceptional customer service, and very friendly welcome at reception. I can’t comment much on the surrounding area, as I was in and out for an early morning flight, but by glance, there were shops and restaurants around the hotel! Thank you for a great stay in Taif!
