Very disturbing to arrive in a lobby with NO human at all... Room was ok but carpet while ics showed tiles. Great view on the park and on the far mountains, Just horrible sound proofing, could hear all neighbors sounds. Water boiler, hangers, water running... Horrible! Breakfast is so so, not to say bad, but breakfast view is great

Nice hotel very clean. It was just a bit inconvenient the check in since it’s automatic and not very user friendly for a foreigner. They need to have a desk with a person always available. Too much technology is not always good.

The hotel is very strict on the check in time via machi e- 3pm sharp ........................ I booked a suite on the 1st first day & it's way awesome

Great location—just 5 mins to Fengjia Night Market! Our family room was compact but smartly designed, with a comfy queen bed that fit 4. Loved the modern vibe.

Quite new hotel , we book room with balcony , all are good but the balcony take alot space , so the room will be abit small.

The hotel was very near Fengchia Night Market and also plenty of restaurants. Loved the breakfast buffet which was slightly different every day. Room was clean and very modern.

Excellent experience. The hotel was beautiful, the service was top-notch, and the location was perfect.

Not recommended who travel with groups or elderly person. No staff at the reception. Only phone talk. Rooms are so so so small, don’t even have space for luggage. Order for luggage storage only available for cabin small luggage and the waiting time more than 50 minutes….. normal size check in luggage are not able to store. Not worth for the price….. Breakfast area very small. Have to book the exact time for the breakfast. Super shameful hotel…. will never back again!

Check in by ourselves. There’s no one at the reception. Not recommended for big groups of people.

Enjoy staying in Kloud hotel on our repeat accommodation of the week. Walking distance to Fengchia night market of approximately in 15 minutes. Highly recommended. Self check in and check out. Reception can be contactable if unable to access to check in.

Find this operator opportunistic. Completely unsympathetic. We booked many hotels before but due to sudden change of plans such as natural disaster like earthquakes they are more forgiving but not Kloud hotel, don't expect anything from them. If you do intend to book a place here i would suggest to look closer at their location. They front a barb-wired location in a laneway.. there are other better locations in Taichung that gives you better return for your money and certainly more impressive. Location if will give them poor marks but cleanliess, service and facilites no comments as i could not make it to their hotel.
