The location was perfect , close to the city center and attractions. Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options you can request how eggs can be cooked. There is a coffee shop when you enter the hotel . Coffee quality, customer service, all great.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel with a captivating view of the ocean. The room provided a perfect vantage point to enjoy the scenic beauty, and waking up to the sound of waves was truly rejuvenating. While the food was okay, it was the panoramic view from the room that stole the show. The soothing blue hues of the ocean created a serene atmosphere, making every meal a delightful experience. I highly recommend opting for a room with an ocean view for an extra touch of tranquility.

The room was a bit smaller than we expected. Service was okay. Ambiance is great. 👍🏻

Perfect location for a self trip on island. The hotel has a nice small restaurant and coffee shop. Food not the best, but it is okay for island standard. Beautiful view of the sea and the island all the time. Hotel has two nice swimming pool, feels very nice at the end of the day. Hotel rooms is looks and feels old, not have hairdryer in the room, need ask for hair dryer in reception. Not a big problem, but strains a bit. In the case if hotel will renovate hotel rooms, it would be strong 4 star hotel. Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. Guard always help for park car and call a vehicle.

The best choice if you wanna do whale shark tour in Lila or chocolate hill tour. The location can save you at least 20mins than the location around Alona Beach. The view of pool side is awesome!! The restaurant serve good good & reasonable price. You can really enjoy staying in the hotel~

Booked 2 premier rooms & stayed with family. The view is amazing however birds are po**ing in the patio so upon waking up, you'll see it really messy. The patio doors are a bit hard maybe because they lack oil idk Buffet breakfast was good, the pools were alright although there's no lifeguard so not a bit kid-friendly. Also, no elevators so I suggest getting the rooms above ( premier /oceanview) Location is a bit far from the city center and public transport isn't readily available.

- On the bright side, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Special shoutouts to John Michael for his delicious breakfast eggs, the attentive dining area manager (forgot her name), the guy and very helpful nighttime receptionist, and the approachable security guard - The hotel's two pools were clean and inviting - the ocean view from my room was breathtaking However, there were some drawbacks. Here are my feedback: - I was disappointed to be transferred to a different room on my second night due to a "schedule conflict" without prior notice. This inconvenience could have been avoided with better communication. On the second day, I was asked to wait in the lobby while they cleaned both my current room and the one I was being moved to. I found it surprising that I had to suggest prioritizing the cleaning of the room I was moving into before cleaning my old room. I had expected the hotel staff to be aware of this plan and to organize accordingly, rather than advising me to wait in the lobby. - the difficulty in opening my room's veranda sliding door was quite frustrating. - I had to request bath towels in my first room, which was unexpected for a hotel of this caliber - The slippery shower area in my initial room raised safety concerns. This should be checked - the fluctuating wifi was forgivable since i use data connection of my phone instead - While the breakfast was enjoyable, there is room for improvement. but i love it - my toilet is not totally clean when i moved in on my first room. needed to call their attention on that Despite these shortcomings, my overall stay was pleasant, but attention to these details could enhance the experience for future guests.

the view here is amazing and enjoyable. Didn't think there was a place with this kind of view in Bohol. Food is a little expensive but affordable. Pizza is very yummy and good. I will be back to experience the nigh time

Came to stay for three nights, first day we put in three complaints about our bedding and towels being unclean. Was told they would change it however when we went back to our room it was the same bedding they just made up the bed instead. Third time telling them they came into the room and apologised said they would change it. After changing the bedding the pillow was still dirty, took it to reception and they changed it again. Our shower was absolutely terrible, complained about that twice which they fixed. Had two cockroaches in our bathroom 🤮 Food is ok however having about 5 restaurant staff hanging around just staring wasn’t appealing. Ordered room service and wasn’t given cutlery, the bowl of rice I had was also dirty. Swimming pool on the lower level had no atmosphere, no music, no pillows on the loungers. Overall wouldn’t recommend, photos were deceiving, staff were friendly and tried to help resolve our issues.

Nice hotel. Far from town or restaurants. Noisy from other guests and staff. Breakfast only sweet Philippines food. Toaster for sweet bread was very slow. Staff was very nice. Clean. Towels were well used. No beach. Nice view.

For its price rate, the hotel provides a nice accommodation. Geanna, Anna, Ian, Cheche, etc. are quick to respond to our needs or requests that are reasonable. The hotel has excellent ocean view of sunrise to sunset and located next to Blood Compact Shrine. Room is reasonably clean. The security guards, Medel and Jimmy are always helpful when you have heavy stuff. Easy access to public transportation at the same time expect to hear street noise but it did not bother my family. There is no elevator but there are couple of rooms in the first floor for wheelchair access with a ramp to enter the lobby. Highly recommend this hotel for its customer service with leadership of Geann. If you expect 5 star hotel with 5 star price, this hotel may not be for you but for its reasonable price and courteous employees, I would not hesitate to come back if I am in the area.

Very nice hotel with a fantastic view and clean, comfortable rooms. Staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and made arrangements for tours and travel connections. Would definitely stay there again!

When you first arrive at the hotel, you notice the beautiful sorroundings, two pools with ocean views, decorated with flowers and plants. Nice decorations and modern looks. They really catfished us with nice pictures of what looked like a dream! However when we opened our room, it was more like a nightmare, 3 beds crammed into a tiny room, dirty bedsheets covered in stains, there was a bug on my moms pillow, and the window with the ocean view that we were promised, had a view of the hotels gym instead. We went to complain to the staff, they wouldn’t know what service was even if it was written on their foreheads. Overall a terrible experience of broken promises, this hotel had potential, but the disappointing service and terrible staff make it a hotel nightmare.
