The place was along the main road and so easy to find. It's very near all the malls and tourist attractions as well. All the rooms are facing the pool and the staff are very friendly. The buffet breakfast was amazing. This will be our new go to place whenever we need to stay in Tagaytay. The hotel and room interior feels like home and very clean. Lots of parking space and the guards are very attentive and really roam around to ensure the safety of our vehicle Super highly recommended.

Hotel was fullybooked despite confirmation. I commend the front office staff for accommodating us in a professional manner.

Pros: Rooms are very clean and spacious. Even the bathroom is very spacious. There is free breakfast buffet (though it has limited options) It has a free coffee making workshop scheduled Jaccuzzi is heated Cons: wifi internet connection is slow Hope the big pool is also heated considering the hotel is located in Tagaytay Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We celebrated my Mother's 60th birthday at Yaletown cafe and gave us complimentary appetizer and cake :)

messaged them thrice via txt, twice via fb messenger, and requested thru Trip reservation to prepare a greeting for my husband’s bday. on the day of checkin, there was none. called for additional rug/towel for the slippery restroom, after hours of waiting, none. staff (eg cleaners/guard) not used to greeting guests. jacuzzi nice but small. gym, billiards and playground are basic. got the chance for pedicure which was good. nearest convenience store 3km away. breakfast buffet was just ok.

We like the place and the pool. However, their WiFi is not working properly. We ended up using our mobile data to use for social media. The towel smell is not good, we don't like the Fabric conditioner they used for the towels. The door lock at the bathroom is not working properly, we've locked inside many times. Their Breakfast was served cold. we are not satisfied with the service they provided to us. And take note, the staff even suspected us that we get the other snacks inside of the room the thing that we get there is 3 in 1 coffee, and soft drinks in cans. We are unsatisfied with this hotel and never gonna book again in this hotel.

Disappointed with this Hotel, doesnt want to elaborate, the hotel knows why. Very sad because beds unable to combine to make it more spacious.

The place was nice and the location was accessible to nearest restaurants however, the staff was not accomodating and approachable. Poor customer service. Not recommendable.

I thought it was a small hotel but turned out a good one. The only thing to note was that there was no elevator. It's not good for elderly. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Good experience overall.

Almost all is ok the only thing thats failed is the guard at night shift being rude and no respect to customers. And the breakfast is served cold already. Shame as its a very good hotel for especially for families who wanted to have a week getaway..

Location is along the road, use gmaps or waze. Inside has a nice view and has free parking provided. Parking attendants are very helpful. Frontdesk is just as casual tone. Food attendants are not that so accommodating. Free breakfast is just a platter of Filipino food choices. You will be paying extra if you ask for fresh milk on your coffee and extra water. Pool attendant is very accommodating you can ask for pool towels. Cleaners are also friendly and accommodating. Overall still a good hotel to stay in.

The place is good and the staff. Its also IG worthy. I think the only thing that they need to improve is the food. Overall, its good.

The facilities are very relaxing, view are very calm. Place is very accessible.

We stay for my daughter’s birthday sleepover party. They liked the pool, especially the jacuzzi party. My husband liked their bed. This hotel doesn’t have bathtub and breakfast is only plated-not buffet. Their room service takes a bit of time. Also, their food in room service is quite pricey like a 5star hotel rate and only accept cash. So better be prepared. The hotel is quite accessible since it’s just along Tagaytay-Nasugbu highway after Serin Ayala Mall, Lourdes Church, and Carmela’s if you’re coming from Olivarez Tagaytay. It’s a good place to spend a casual and intimate time with family on a budget.

Only negative was intermittent internet. Very bad when in room.
