Premier Inn Epsom South

Awful stay at the hotel in an oppressive room with a squashed spider on the ceiling and bath that did not drain as it was full of hair and grit. Smell of ******** on the corridor we stayed on. Breakfast was disgusting. Left out for too long not replenished quickly.defrosted bread and no orange juice (apparently because they were closing down!) it’s very run down and in need of closing yet they still charge the same as the nicer Premmier Inn’s with much better restaurants. Would not recommend.

Lisa strong the manager was great, actually the whole team were great to be honest and really polite and welcoming hats of to lisa and the team, i had a really good stay there the beds were really comfy, nice size showers. Also the brewers fayre was really nice and great food.lots of parking.

An immaculate room and perfectly clean bathroom. We had all we needed available to us in the room and wi-fi reception (free) was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Can't comment on the restaurant side of things as we didn't eat there. Always great value for money at a Premier Inn.

Good room and bed though we had the smallest bathroom we've ever had in a Premier Inn (room 11). Only there one night so not a big issue. A special mention to Tasha who was in the bar/restaurant area in the evening and she excelled ensuring our group home 8 had a good time.

The staff in this hotel are amongst the best I've ever come across. Without exception they couldn't do enough to help and were so professional. When my son and I arrived the receptionist was not only very helpful (I was 30 min early) she was so friendly. Then the bar staff and waiting staff were just as helpful and friendly. Will be back

Premier Inn not up to the usual standard but badly let down by attached Brewers Fayre restaurant. Hotel rooms are tired, there is no lift or air conditioning, although staff were all very friendly and approachable. We only had one towel for the two of us necessitating a long walk down several flights of stairs back to reception. The real minus though is the terrible Brewers Fayre restaurant. Both evenings we struggled to find a table that wasn’t full of dirty crockery and glasses, the staff made no effort to clear, clean and re lay tables as people left and people arriving after us had to move dirty dishes from tables in order to sit down. The manager (?) was scruffy and badly dressed and shut the bar at 9pm the first night (to be fair the place was dead) and shortly after 10pm the second (lots of people still in the bar). Breakfast on the second morning couldn’t have been more different, the waitress was exemplary ! All tables were clear and clean and she cleared plates as soon as they were finished. She also ensured the buffet remained well stocked and we had everything we needed.

Good amount of parking close to reception. Me and my colleague stayed here in the week. Reception were very friendly and helpful with local information. Catling was the lady on reception. There is a bar that's got good vibes and chatty. Danielle was serving when we visited, and she's a top barmaid. The rooms are clean and quiet through the night. Breakfast was standard but was all there.

check in process was very fast and efficient, caitlin on reception was very helpful , room was amazing and clean , Danielle behind the bar was amazing very helpful and amazing service , drink and food was delicious, had a wonderful night sleep and will definitely be returning

The bathroom was so small you could not move around. There was hairs in the the sink and on the toilet don't think the bathroom had been cleaned before my arrival. The bed was rock hard so did not have a good sleep
