Known for its breathtaking views of Commencement Bay and the Olympic Mountains and treasured for its convenient access to urban amenities, Northeast Tacoma offers residents the feel of a close-knit, suburban community. People love being able to spend time in nature at places like Dash Point, Dash Point State Park, and North Shore Public Golf Course while still having quick and easy access to Downtown Tacoma, the Port of Tacoma, and the train to Seattle. In addition to spending time at the beach or enjoying a scenic round of golf, NE Tacoma offers visitors a variety of things to do. Home to Dash Point State Park, this outdoor oasis is its own little world and makes it easy to get out into nature without having to travel far. The 461-acre state park boasts 3,301 feet of saltwater shoreline, campgrounds, boating opportunities, 11 miles of hiking trails, and much more. Waterview Haven is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a great neighborhood where you will easily meet people walking their dogs. As our guest, you will have code access to the gated community park with beach access. You will receive an access code two days before your check-in. The rental includes access to the entire home and garage with the excpetion of locked storage closets. This home sleeps a total of 10 people. To spend time in downtown Seattle, you can catch the Light Rail at SeaTac Airport or the train from Tacoma to avoid downtown parking. In order to provide the best guest experience possible, we will send you a text message with the door code and other check-in details two days before check-in. You will be able to reply via text with any questions that come up during your stay and we will reply quickly. You are welcome to opt out of text messages at any time. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or other unforseeable circumstances. Please purchase travel insurance to avoid disappointment. One camera outside of the property located at the entrance facing the stairs to the entrance. Up to 2 dogs allowed. See House Rules for more details. There is a $120 non refundable pet fee for up to two pets.
