for the price ok na xa kung tutuluyan mo lng ng ilan oras no amenities … un unang binigay na room smen ayaw gumana ng key card kaya palit room ulet dami pa naman nmin dala 😏 small room lang din xa … kaya wala akong photo ng room kc d mganda hehehehe

A Great hotel for its price. The room is basic but everything you need is there also i like that even though the hotel is a bit dated they were able to maintain it clean and orderly also appreciate the free water dispenser on the hallway

Good food, good staff

Booked online and when got there the elevator was not operational. Then we got our key cardcwent to the room. It already had someone in there as cloths everywhere, towels hanging, bed messed. Went out had the floor manager get us another room. That was ok but after went out for dinner came back the key card didnt work. You have to understand this is again a trip up and down a bunch of stairs and I am 65 so not appreciated. When getting the card rebooted I complained and the same person was still at the front counter stating that the initial room was empty like I was stupid and just made up a story of an in use unit. Good location but they need to get proper management to be a place I would consider going again. Terrible experience to say the least.

Love the location it's just beside the Robinsons mall, but it's far from the downtown area. Also the wifi speed is very slow.

I got an allergies when i woke up in the morning and as my dermatologist said it was dust mites from the diety bed sheet and covers.i hope they are going to improve the cleanliness.

The front desk lady was in the cr (bathroom). We waited with other guests to check in and saw other front desk staff just not taking any action to help the guests. Terrible front desk clerks.

Great location, easy to get in and out of the city, near airport..The staff was wonderful. The hotel is well maintained. The beds were very firm, too firm for my liking. There were great restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again. Specially, Thank you Manager for unexpected surprised of our Anniversary Moment 😍😍😍

The hotei is located at the Robinson Place Mall in Tacloban. It is just a short 10 minute drive to the airport. It has parking in front of the hotel and lots of parking at the adjacent mall. The mall has lot’s of restaurants and lot’s of shopping and services. The hotel is inexpensive and yet has comfortable beds and bathrooms. Comes with free WiFi and cable tv. Staff is efficient and friendly. Just a good  place to stay when spending a night in Tacloban and staying within your budget.
