Really enjoyed my stay here. Foyer is open, relaxing and modern. Breakfast was nice, used the gym and pool, beds were comfortable and the food downstairs was tasty for dinner at Vaporettos

Beautiful Hotel!!! The roof top pool with glass edge was a hit with the kids and the entire property feels brand new. The food truck area next door was amazing to keep the whole family happy! The shuttle and breakfast begins at 6am when we needed them at 5am but the front desk was able to arrange a taxi for us.

A lovely stay near the airport. The only drawback is that many of the hotel’s services, including the bar and food services, refused to accept colones in cash, insisting that you pay with your card instead. This made it difficult to purchase things in cash as many travellers try to use up their local currency before departing.

Nice clean confortable hotel. Was late checking in amd no dining options were available. Checked in around 9:30 pm and went to get food and they said only drinks they didnt serve food that late at night. Overall the room and bed were fine.

There were so many interesting food options in a unique outdoor setting.
The bedroom floors need to be mopped better and/or more often.

We flew in late and were looking for a hotel close to the airport. It’s a modern facility and was clean and comfortable. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars if that there was a loud guitarist playing in the lobby as we tried to check in. I’m hard of hearing so this made it difficult. That said, he was a very good musician and I’m sure people who had settled in previously and we’re having a drink enjoyed the entertainment.

I like the location which is close to the SJO airport. The options of dining in the hotel and the food-truck in front of the hotel. The staff and s very friend. The facilities are very clean and smell really good all the hotel. I really didn’t like the location of the pool. The should have another pool on the ground and keep the one in the 4th floor as an option…

Problem with a toilet and room not done when we came back at 6pm. Problem with water leakage from the ceiling in our second room.
Staff was very helpful the second time.
