I recently stayed at Grand Mostafa Hotel, Ababil, and while the room was okay, my overall experience was ruined due to several issues. The main problem arose when I booked a car through the General Manager, Mr. Shipon. He is a complete fraud. The car provided was an old model with an air conditioning system that barely worked, making the ride extremely uncomfortable. To make matters worse, I paid Tk 6,000 to Mr. Shipon for the car rental, but the driver later informed me that he only received Tk 4,000. It’s clear that Mr. Shipon pocketed the difference, which is nothing short of cheating. Such behavior from a General Manager is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Additionally, the restaurant service was terrible. The staff seemed untrained, and there was a noticeable lack of attentiveness. The delays and poor-quality service left a lot to be desired. This experience was incredibly disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend Grand Mostafa to anyone until they address these serious issues and improve their management and services.
