Really really disappointing customer service. I contacted Swinton Park via email on 30 April to try to book Afternoon Tea for a celebration for a significant Anniversary. As I have a severe nut allergy,I wanted to ensure this could be catered for. I was told the Head Chef would be consulted and they would get back to me. Despite chasing twice via email for a response,I still have not received one. I don't understand why it should take so long to check that the Chef could accommodate my allergy ,after all it's only a few sandwiches and cakes. I find it rude not to respond to customers promptly. I'm taking my business elsewhere.
