AC Hotels are usually quite basic compared to other Bonvoy properties (Marriotts, Sheratons,, etc), but this hotel is fantastic. This hotel has outstanding Elite status recognition. As a Bonvoy Titanium member, I received a nice room upgrade to a King family room with balcony. They also gave me complimentary breakfast in addition to the usual welcome gift (I chose the daily food and beverage credit). Another nice surprise was the welcome fruit basket, tasty bottle of red wine, and welcome note waiting for me in the room. The hotel has a rooftop pool and basement indoor pool and gym. The two dinners I had was very reasonably priced, filling, and tasty. A very thoughtful touch to this hotel is that they have ice and filtered drinking water dispensers on every floor. The location is very convenient to the heart of St. Julian's, with everything a short walk away. All the staff are friendly too, including the front desk associates, the restaurant staff, and the GR manager (Mr. Cezar) who personally greeted me to check to make sure everything was great, which it was. The team quickly responds to messages in the Bonvoy app if you need anything. I'll definitely stay here for future visits to Malta and recommend it to all my friends and colleagues.
