Swansea Waterfront

Staff are good. Friendly and helpful. They help me to store luggage voluntarily. I am very grateful. The place are clean and tidy. The room settings are good. The furniture are well Placed and with taste. I don’t have breakfast this time. But it looks very freaks with variety. Must try next time.

很老的酒店，設施很陳舊。不過樓下就有公交站台可以去bus station，以及開到很晚的tesco express。 離市中心和沙灘都比較遠。不是很建議旅遊入住。

Very Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend Our recent stay at this Premier Inn was extremely disappointing. The room was in a poor state upon arrival — carpets hadn’t been hoovered, there was rubbish under the beds, stained bed sheets, a broken light, and a broken window seal. The TV was tiny and outdated, and the smell of cigarettes throughout the hallways was really unpleasant, especially for a family stay. I paid for early check-in, but when I called ahead to confirm, I was told our room might not be ready due to cleaners arriving late. This caused unnecessary stress, especially after paying extra. We did get access to the room just after 11am, but it was clearly not properly cleaned. Even more concerning, the shower gel provided caused a rash on both of my children — I have no idea what was in it, but it shouldn’t be used if it’s not safe for sensitive skin. The lift was broken throughout our stay, WiFi was very poor, and the hotel just generally felt run-down. For the price, I expected much better. With two large car parks on either side of the hotel, free parking should absolutely be included. Overall, this was a stressful and uncomfortable experience. I wouldn’t return and wouldn’t recommend it to others.

Pulling up, the location seemed decent. We were 50 mins early and I was offered the chance to check in early for £15… er, no thanks, not when I would pay the same to check in from 11am. Room was very tired, no usb outlets. The net curtains kept falling down and actually hit us on the head. We were on the top floor, only 1 very small lift available as the other was out of order. We had been to an event at the building society arena and arrived back around 10:30pm, after getting ready for bed we realised there was an extremely loud noise, I thought it may have been the air con so turned it off. However, it wasn’t. This loud noise persisted throughout the night. We were woken earlier still by delivery lorries banging around with the cages outside and shouting at the tops of their voices. When I reported this to reception, she told me it was the fans from the restaurant and that management were aware. Anyway, I went down the route of the goodnight guarantee. Let me tell you, it’s a load of sh*t. They have no intention of letting people have that and tried to tell me that it’s classed as external noise. It’s part of the damn hotel and on their hod damn building. Premier inn has lost a customer who has spent an absolute bomb with them over the past couple of years. Utter scam artists.

The room was tidy and staff were nice. We got a double bed and a single bed in the room as we have 2 adults and a kid. The room was tidy and clean. It got a tesco express right next to the hotel. If you enjoy to have a walk or run at waterfront, you must love to there as the hotel is at the waterfront. I saw people run and walk their dogs. Some of them brought their kids to have a walk.

Hotel clean and tidy rooms, bit disappointed not be told that there was staff trining in the beefeater on Sunday evening. Was there for breakfast and lunch that day. Scaffolding outside on side but not issue. Great breakfast, good location.
