Holiday Park Caravan Fluffy in Harts Holiday Park

We stayed here for 4 nights in what was advertised as a premium lodge, paying £162 per night plus £17.99 for WiFi — and honestly, the experience did not reflect the price or the label. The lodge was dirty on arrival. The shower was not only filthy but also broken. We ended up cleaning ourselves before a very rushed and half-hearted attempt was made by the cleaning team, who insisted the place was spotless beforehand. After reading recent reviews, it’s clear we’re not the only ones who’ve had this issue, so being told it’s “never happened before” felt dishonest. The attitude of the cleaning team was disappointing and left us feeling extremely uncomfortable. There was a distinct lack of accountability, and we were made to feel as though our concerns didn’t matter. In contrast, the maintenance team were fantastic as they responded immediately and were genuinely helpful and respectful. The so-called “welcome pack” was also a letdown, just one dishwasher tablet and not much else, which was honestly quite insulting considering the premium price tag. We booked this trip to celebrate our nephew’s 5th birthday and were hoping for a memorable, high-quality experience. Sadly, what we got was stress, frustration, and the sense that we weren’t treated equally to other guests. Would not recommend, and would advise anyone booking to read recent reviews before committing - we wish we had.

Perfect peri peri chicken. 10/10. The fish n chip supper was absolutely perfect. Portions were perfect and i send recommendations to everyone! The pizza was amazing!! The food is so nice and my waitress were so polite and nice to us. Absolute pleasure to eat there. 9/4/25

Had an amazing holiday Adam from maintenance was very helpful and friendly Dee and Kody in the kitchen where polite and made the best food Sam from the bar was helpful and helped us in the arcade and was very polite and had a laugh and joke with us we had the best time and the staff made it better it was lovely seeing the staff behind the bar having a dance when they where tidying up

Staff at harts holiday park are helpful, friendly and go out of their way to make sure your stay is relaxing and stress free. Luke on reception and sales office has many times given up his time to help rectify issues with our caravan. He is very charming, helpful, and will spend time to chat. Harts are very lucky to have him as a member of their team.

Frances cooked our Mother's Day meal in the restaurant. What can I say.....other than it was beautiful!! Gorgeous roast potatoes, Frances even gave me some tips on how to cook them nicely!! I could not fault anything at all. Thank you!! Will definitely recommend.

We are on day 3 out of our 5 day stay and are loving it here. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. The lifeguards, Billy and Julie are brilliant, very funny and go above and beyond to help in any way they can. Overall, cleanliness is spot on and will definitely return. Less than 5 minute walk to seafront, arcades, shops, takeaway, chemist and bakery.
