Unfortunately I had completely different experience at this hotel…we stayed only couple days and we were expecting to have a great time… Positives: great location, great indoor/outdoor spa area…modern rooms…and amazing lady at reception who checked us in… But it is where the positive ends for me… And by reading all below comments it seems i stayed at completely different hotel or maybe not everyone is treated the same at this hotel Negatives: bar staff and housekeepers seems in need of basic customer experience training, food just ok, they seems to run out of basic things while we stayed…4 star hotel with no mini fridge or even still water in the room for guest…

Newly decorated, many room options to choose from, excellent location only 50 meters walk to the beach, great swimming pool indoor and outdoor areas, tasty food dishes, cosy evening terrace perfect for chill and relax. Beautiful greenery and surroundings.

It was the best option in Baltic coast. The beach a few steps from the hotel. The nature is gorgeous and the food in the restaurant is indescribably delicious. I also really liked the bath cosmetics they use, with a very tasty aroma.

Everything was perfect! The staff is very friendly and helpful during the whole stay. The staff genuinely cared and made our stay special. When we arrived we got provided with all the things we can do in the city. The food was excellent and delicious with a nice view. Very close to the beach which is very nice. Can't wait to come back again!

The staff was friendly and the food was excellent! The pool with the sauna outside was really good. The room was very aesthetic and modern, also very clean. It was an amazing stay in your hotel! We really enjoyed it.

I just made reservation for my summer vacation. I am waiting so much for my escape from everything. This place is so amazing - the hotel is almost in front of the sea, the park is astonishing, a lot of greenery around. The food is superb, spacious rooms, friendly personal, nice outdoor SPA zone. I definetly recommend this property. They are going to work all year round from this summer.

I have been coming here for many years and still hope to come here to relax for many years. Every year, the hotel surprises me with renovations. This year, I reserved a room for the summer and found out that additional rooms are being installed, and that a spa will open at the end of the summer, and will be operational year-round. I am planning to come in the fall when there are fewer people. I especially like that the hotel is very close to the sea and you can hear the waves from the room. The food in the restaurant is very good, the staff is friendly, and there is a pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi. It's really a great place to relax. I recommend it!

The restaurant at the hotel was fantastic! The food was delicious and the staff were friendly and attentive. The menu had a good variety of options and everything we tried was delicious. The dining area had a lovely atmosphere and we enjoyed the live music that was played during dinner. The restaurant was also very accommodating to my dietary requirements, which I really appreciated. Overall, the restaurant at Hotel Auksines Kopos was one of the highlights of our stay.

Simply a magnificent place to go in order to relax! From the quality of the rooms, service of the staff and the SPA zone to the amazing food in the restaurant of the hotel, everything was just wonderful!❤️
