My card for the elevator stopped working. Staff were not willing to help me, and after 10 min finally I demanded someone come with me. They di don't fix it, instead, I had to find people one after another, and nobody could help for 30min. During this time, reception said my card was working, but it was not, then someone accompanied me to the elevator, realized I could no use the elevator as my card was not working, walked back with me, got another person who said card was OK, but then was not, again walk to elevator with another person... nobody wanted to give me a new card. AT some point I lost it and simply took a card from one of the workers and walked off with their card - which was working. During this time, I spend 1 hr waiting for hotel personal to let me into a room and give me a new card -wich they refused without letting me into my room, where I lived before for 2 days. It was terrible service.
Do NOT go there. They were rude, unhelpful, and cannot solve basic problems like replacing my room key card with a new one.
