Great experience with great staff. Jo , in particular went out her way to make sure we had a great time and accommodated all our needs and requests. Our room was clean to a high standard, and more than enough shops close enough to walk, including subway, Tesco express, a chip shop and birds bakery. So we didn't have to venture far to eat or shop for essentials.

Clean room and bathroom.friendly staff.no issues at all. Price is reasonable. Will definitely stay in travelodge next time.

Had a great stop, staff made me very welcome....Ellie and Jo made extra effort but whole team great. Only thing missing is the breakfast, Breakfast box OK, also makes a great late night snake box, I would recommend anyone to stay here if coming to the area.

This hotel is lovely. Rooms always cleans and tidy. The staff are also lovely and nothing is ever too much trouble. The only tiny thing I would change is that there should be a bath mat in the bathroom as the floor can sometimes get a little bit slippy. But we just put an extra towel down

The service is always first class, and whenever we have needed anything, such as extra towels, top ups of tea, coffee or milk, all of this is done quickly, quietly and with a smile on the faces of the staff. We have been using this particular Travelodge since 2000 and have had no problems all that time. We're so much at 'home' here that our scrunchie and wash gloves even match with the bathroom fixtures !!!

Clean and comfortable. All staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. After a lengthly journey due to train disruptions resulting in a very late arrival, we were delighted with a trouble free check in and swift responses to our queries..

The hotel was excellent! Clean rooms and helpful staff especially Tina at reception. She was very welcoming and attentive. I would recommend this hotel if staying in Mansfield as a low-budget, affordable option. Will be returning in the future.

Very convenient location bakery 🧁 fish and chips and supermarket nearby. Staff courteous and helpful. Room comfortable and clean. Staff on arrivals desk helpful. The hotel was clean and warm. Ample parking at the hotel 🏨 I will visit again when up that way.

The heater in the room makes a hissing noise so couldn’t sleep unless I was okay with freezing. Was told that all heaters make the same noise.
