Linens, towels, beach toys, chairs and umbrellas provided. Bring plenty of ice and bottled water as the city water is not consumable. Best Beach House Ever Everything was wonderful! From booking online to checking out…..everything in between was truly the best! After we checked-in with ease, we unloaded and headed straight to the beautiful ocean/beach. The Purple Pelican has everything you need and more….they have truly thought what we might need why we are away from home. So accommodating and everything works that they have….wi-fi, oven, microwave, TVs, A/C…etc. They provide tons of beach toys, a wagon and more. We all enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back soon. The owner was very kind and communicated promptly. We throughly enjoyed our visit to Surfside and the Purple Pelican made it that much better. That is why my kids said “this is the best beach house ever”!

Best spot in Surfside! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Purple Pelican!!! The amenities make this listing top-notch. We are already planning our next trip to come back! Wonderful property with easy beach access.

Excellent! Everything about the listing was so true! We would definitely stay here again. They had everything we needed and my family loved it as well! Very clean and well stocked with all amenities! Host was very quick to respond when needed! Loved that it had cable as well!

Amazing Beach House This was an extremely clean and beautiful home. We traveled from out of state so it was great to have the beach chairs and towels provided. The mosquitos were pretty bad but there was a fogger the night before we left.

Weekend Getaway The house was nicely furnished and very clean. The host had thought of “all the things” we could possibly need while away from home. Location in the neighborhood was perfect. It was just a short walk to the beach.

Great Beach House! This house is very clean, comfortable & close to the beach (just a couple houses from the beach front). Our family of four with two teenagers enjoyed our getaway immensely! This was our first time trying Surfside, and we liked the laidback feel of the area.

Great house and location House was great, beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect. The sulfur smell during showers was not pleasant, but not sure what could be done about that.

Amazing stay!!! This is our second time to stay at the Purple Pelican! We LOVE the cleanliness, comfortable beds, and great location! The kitchen is well stocked and the closet is packed with whatever you may need on the beach! The Hicks family is most hospitable!! We will continue to stay here as long as we can - our family is growing so we may need a bigger house soon! Thank you, Purple Pelican!! Best vacation ever!!! (For the second time!)
